Oxford is blessed to have such a well-run Home Depot with a very caring and helpful staff. How wonderful it is to be able to access the store from the center of town or from 395 and within minutes be able to obtain what one wants or to be given needed advice by trained professionals! Kudos to Malcolm and the other managers, cashiers, and floor staff!

Store was very organized and staff very friendly. Suggest cleaning areas where there is no merchandise under racking areas full of dust, debris and other materials not found in that specific area.

Oxford is just about the same as any Home Depot. I feel lucky as I only had to wait about 5 minutes for some one to come by to make keys. Feel lucky I did not have to ask for assistance. a different layout was not convenient for getting in and out. I am not a shopper, I want to get back to my project.

I have lived in the area for about 8 years and have always had a good experience shopping here. I often get promotional offers mailed to me and the store has the products I use most. So, usually I can get everything I need. The store is clean and well organized. The folks throughout the store are friendly and the Pro desk ladies are the tops. I sometimes shop at the market next door for groceries and it saves me time, money and keeps me productive. Great place, right off the highway with nice people.

I was shopping for my Roller Coaster STEM project for my 6th graders (approximately 200) looking for 1 inch foam piping. I needed 75 pieces. After locating the correct aisle (number 8-plumbing) I realized they didn't have enough pieces (only 18) and I needed something to tie/tape them together so they would not blow around in the parking lot as it was so windy outside. i asked one of the capable employees for assistance. Not only did she stop working on the project she was in the middle of but she came to the aisle with me, called for assistance and without me asking checked Auburn's inventory to see if they had the other 57 pieces I needed. Then the other knowledgeable employee taped my purchase together for me so the shipping tape wouldn't stick to the products and helped me with another question. People were actually coming into our aisle to find him to ask him numerous questions that he seemed to answer efficiently and kindly.

If you know what you are looking for and don't care about self check out then go ahead and visit this store. If you need help or want to ask a question where something is you will be waiting for a long time.

My husband and I went to return a product yesterday, and our cashier named Dawn was exceptional. From the jump, she greeted us with a Big Smile and a Big Good Morning!!!! It truly set the tone for the experience. Home Depot of Oxford needs More Dawns on the payroll. The is a leader for sure- a role model for her fellow staff members!!! Thank you Dawn for treating us exceptional!!!

I went to The Home Depot store in Oxford Massachusetts today, and was greeted with a very nice man that immediately walked me around the store and helped me get everything I needed, and when I thought I had everything, he cordially started helping another needy customer. When I had questions about another product I was helped again by a very nice person. I apologize for not remembering all their names, but everybody was so kind and helpful, my review is on the whole store and not a particular department. I shopped in Plumbing, Bath, and Electrical Departments, everything was well stocked, and I was introduced to a lot of new technology for plumbing, and heating. The store was well kept, clean and very well laid out. I took photos of my present projects and needs with my phone so I could show the folks what I had and what my intentions were, and they each took a very close look at them and expanded the photos on my phone, so they could get a good look. They all provided me with more help than I could have ever imagined. I learned a lot today, and feel very confident on how nice my 1/2 bath/Laundry room will look and function when it is finished.

Great service, employees. Everyone seems to be very happy and willing to help and most even ask if I need help. HD also very big on donating to the community.

This store can be a hit or miss depending what time of day you shop here... There are times that there are workers there to help you find stuff, but sometimes if you go at night there are no workers in the store and only one register open...But I do like this store overall.. When it is staffed they are very friendly and helpful....
