The Appliance Specialist staff were very helpful when we were looking for a refrigerator to purchase.

The Home Depot representative's billing time was in accurate. Also, the equipment did not work as intended. The trencher blades were dull and I could not dig deep enough to install sprinkler pipe. It took a lot of time for hook-up, travel time and clean-up (1.5 hr). Effectively only had 2.5 hours of usage. Bad experience, I will never use rental equipment from the Parker store.

Had a very uncomfortable experience with one other their associates. His name is Micheal and he is a creep! My husband and I follow the rules and where our masks everywhere but we were shopping for some material had our masks pulled down because we were no where near anyone and we were talking about which flooring we wanted and we were taking a breather. This man comes over and stands near us and proceeds to just stare at us. Doesn't say anything just stares. After a bit we realized he had a problem with our masks being pulled down (something he could have said instead of creepily staring like some kind of sociopath). We told him we needed to take a breather and no one was anywhere near us so we were taking the opportunity to do so. He then goes into a rant about how he has asthma and can breathe just fine and then talks about how he's seen people die right there in his store from not wearing their mask. He then kept following us around the area we were in. I finally had to tell him to stop harassing us and to go do his job. It was the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had. There were so many other people in the store with their masks down or not even on and he chose my family to single out and make uncomfortable. THANKS!

If you need appliances be sure to go to the Parker Home Depot #1516 and ask for Bob Evans! We have purchased all of our appliances based on his recommendations and have always been satisfied! This is a very friendly store all around and the Customer Service area is efficient and greets with a smile!

Employees and managemnet are all nice people and make shopping easy.

When i come to home depot I am looking for professional service, and knowable people not pen pals. Or whether the store was clean. There is usually carts and stuff all over anyway. When I call on phone I would like get the department I am calling without being disconnected several times. I have correcting and error home depot made 4 days ago. I feel like I work there I just don't get paid.

Everything is easy to find, also employees very professional, clean store, now with the covi19 they are taking the extra precautions on sanitizing all the shopping carts, and control the customers on wearing a mask, thank you for doing great job, keeping everyone safe.

Management allows shoppers without masks to enter and shop without any consequence. When asking the cashiers, they stated they were told my management that they are not allowed to say anything, putting themselves and other shoppers at risk. If you care about your safety and following the current laws, shop elsewhere

The store always has what I need. It is clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to go above and beyond to help with challenges and find solutions.

The store is clean but there is not much inventory at this time.

Great Customer Service! The representatives were Awesome, Knowledgeable and attentive. I had a great shopping experience and was happy with my purchase.

I shop here often. This store always seems to have the right products for the job I'm doing, no matter what it is I'm trying to accomplish. The customer service is outstanding. The employees are friendly, customer oriented, professional and very courteous. Above all, they know their job and they do it well. I appreciate getting direct feedback from the employees, many of whom are retired trades people (contractors, electricians, painters, etc). When I'm not sure of a product choice, I ask the employee I'm dealing with, "what would you do?" or "which one would you buy?" when choosing between products or methods to accomplish a certain job. These guys are great and they take their advice seriously. I appreciate that in a team and I prefer to shop where I know I'm a valued customer! 5 stars to this team. THEY ROCK!!!!!

Suzanne at the paint department knocked out of the park. She was very attentive and assertive in the color I needed for my project. Thank you Suzanne for going above and beyond and also knowing the meaning of customer service.

Store is nice and prices and availability of products are great. Had a bit of miscommunication about some fencing I ordered but Isabelle in customer service was awesome and figured it all out and got me taken care of. Employee's like her are the main reason I shop at the Parker Home Depot.

Rick McKenna, is a great human being period. He took his time and explained everything to me from the product itself to other protection that I can add to our purchase. Rick is very attentive, he took notes of all the things that was important to me so that I wouldn’t have to repeat myself. As a former employee it felt good being helped by Rick.

Today I had an awesome shopping experience at this store. As a home owner I was at the store today to buy a replacement for a door lock. I had already visited another competitor store in the vicinity and they were unable to assist me with providing me the right information about how I could buy a replacement door lock and have my existing keys re-keyed so I do not end up having to replace all the locks in my house as well as the keys. The sales associate in the hardware department gave me excellent customer service, was very professional, friendly and helped me select the right product for my needs. He also helped re-key the new lock to my existing keys without any issues. I was very pleased with his professionalism and customer service skills. Thank you Gary!

Shopping there for years. Anytime I had a problem you always made it right.

Horrible service. No call after putting down a $50 deposit for measurements. Now I’ll have to go through the hassle of getting a refund.

The store is always clean and they have just about everything you would ever need for your house projects. If you need help at Home Depot, be sure to ask for Mark. If he's not available ask for Lyn. They were absolutely terrific helping me way above and beyond today.

Rudest employees I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I went in looking for a particular item and the associate in the garden center went out of his way to avoid helping me. When I got to the register and tried to explain to the kid up front he just asked if I went down a specific aisle and checked a specific bay. When I told him where I had checked he informed me that if I didn't see them then that was all he could do. No offer to have the garden center check or any offer to match the price of the larger pack. I spoke with the manager and he didn't offer to check. He transferred my call to the garden associate who was also too important to bother and barely said three words before throwing my call on hold. I will definitely not be returning to this location. Awful!!!

The over all store was in good condition but the condition of the customer service was very poor. Employees need to pay attention to the customers who pay their salaries. If you want a store that allows employees to talk down to customers this is the store. Wait time to enter the store on a Friday at 5:00pm was 45 min, mainly because of an employee named Steve not doing his job.

Avoid this store if you feel it's important for the employees to wear protective masks to help keep its customers safe.

Super nice, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. They always go above and beyond to help me figure out how best to do my construction projects - ranging from buildimg a large dog ramp to building out a gym in my home and fixing a pocket door. I rarely need hubby's help anymore because I've become so knowledgeable about DIY projects!

Employees are all kind and ready to help customers.
