    Great customer service!
    My family and I went into this store seeking out dishwashers and price comparing to other local stores, and here we got the best deal, by a couple hundred dollars! And on a busy Sunday afternoon, wound up getting the best customer service from Rick M. and Kate when purchasing our new appliance for delivery! Thank you guys for all your help and making the purchasing experience a fun and engaging experience even for the kids:)

      Ordered Granite countertops
      We ordered kitchen cabinets all new appliances, and when it came to ordering a granite countertop, they quoted us a price 2/3 of what the final price was. We paid 1,440 for the countertop and after waiting a month they called and said the person did not quote the price correctly and it would be 50% more for the countertop. Also, the range we ordered was delivered all smashed and broken, they did refund our money, but left it to us to dispose of the broken range. I was not happy that the countertop we ordered and paid for was 50% more than we had expected to pay. We were not able to make an informed decision on what this product was going to cost. Had we known the final price we probably would’ve shopped more. We are generally happy with Home Depot. Just not this experience where they’re bringing in outside people and products and using the blame game. I rechecked the measurements I gave them and my measurements were spot on.

              TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
              The appliance installers were TERRIBLE and honestly, Home Depot doesn't care. Home Depot does a terrible job vetting their installers. Buyer Beware!

                  Due to a heart condition, I needed some lumber cut for a project. Chase, Chris and Logan cut the lumber for me and loaded it on my cart. I had been dreading the project because I knew cutting the lumber was going to be a physical job. They made it so simple, and Amber helped me at check out with kindness and efficiency. I will definitely return and I appreciate great customer service. Dusty

                    Avoid Parker HD floor installation—they won’t go by contract
                    Parker, CO Home Depot is a joke, especially with floor installation and removal of existing floor. I have a contract with them to do both, and they have refused to remove my tile floor! The crewmember and his supervisor alleged that I had asbestos under my tile floor and refused to remove it, AFTER I had my floor, grout and mastic tested for asbestos for more than $500 and all tests were negative. I was subsequently ignored on rescheduling the job, I was told HD would NOT remove my tile floor, even though it’s in the contract, and when I complained to store management, NO ONE communicated with me. All Parker Home Depot did was send me a receipt for a partial refund. Translation: Someone in the store’s system is refusing to uphold Home Depot’s end of the contract to remove my tile floor and install a vinyl floor (see attached flyer, which says they will take up the old floor). Not one person had the guts or professionalism to send me an email or give me a phone call to tell me they were refusing to do the job. The Parker staff is a disgrace. I have been a loyal customer for my entire home remodel, and I have many more projects to complete. I will now take my business elsewhere and will never set foot in Parker Home Depot ever again. I will also tell everyone I cross paths with about this case of bait-and-switch, and I will write more reviews about how Parker HD‘s floor installation is a joke, and should never be offered as a service. Parker Home Depot’s so-called *customer service* is an abomination. Don’t waste your time or money there, and never take their specials seriously, because they don’t deliver what they promise on a promotion, attached.
