Are Kids Workshops offered at the Pioneer Hills Home Depot?

Our free Kids Workshops take place in-store every first Saturday of the month between 9am–noon. You may reserve your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. We have a new kit pack every month to keep your little doer engaged. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Any required tools, such as paint, are provided at the workshop. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. We saw a ceiling fan we liked and my husband installed it in our bedroom without any problems. We love it!

Not good customer service

I had 4 windows installed by Home depot. One arrived broken, Home Depot was aware but did nothing to order the replacement. I made 4 phone calls to find the correct person to reorder the window. The installer caulked all 8 drains closed. I had to scrape the caulk from the drains. It took 6 weeks to get the replacment window and that service person was the only one who was pleasant.

Still doesn’t do ApplePay. It’s 2023.

I hate going here. I don’t want to have to remember to bring my wallet. My Driver’s Lic and all of my cards are in my iPhone’s wallet (plus the state’s app)

Missing items from shelves and scowling faces

I don't know what I did to deserve the employees at this store being so mean to me. Mandy just rolled her eyes and loudly complained that I dared ask her for help when it wasn't her section. Another man told me to go ask someone else for help and there was nobody else around. I felt humiliated when Mandy loudly complained about other employees while walking me to the customer service desk with the other employee who at least did try to help. Like I'd done something wrong. I didn't even ask if they could help, I asked if they could point me out to someone who could.

Great Customer Service

I was shopping for window blinds for my windows. The employee was very helpful and provided me with valuable explanations on the types of blinds that were available to select from. She also mentioned they have contractors that would come out and measure my windows prior to me purchasing the blinds.

This place has helpful and knowledgeable OLDER employees that are ready to answer your questions. Not disinterested 19 to 23 year-olds on their phone. It is clean, organized, and have the products you want on the shelves!
