Normally this store is decent but the customer service I received from the big white guy in returns with blond hair and track pants was the worst. I treated him nicely but I did not get the same in return.

This store was much cleaner then others. Although associates were busy down stocking instead of helping customers i liked the appearance, and organization. I would recommend this store to others. Ive been to several stores and this one is probably better than most I've been to .

Great Customer Service & Clean Store Joel in appliances is Awesome!!! His product knowledge made it easy for me to make the best decision for my home it was easy & fast.

The store is well stocked. The associates are very pleasant and helpful. You can always find an associate throughout the store to assist.

Good social distancing... and canopies to keep us out of the sun while we wait for the allotted people in the store .... during this time

The store has very helpful and friendly staff that are always available, they are very knowledgeable and have helped me so many times find the items I need and given me expert advice on how to sort out the problems I have with my do it yourself projects. The store also has a great selection of tools and materials and the prices are excellent, I thoroughly recommend shopping there.

Store was clean amid the quarantine. Staff was VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. Joel Feinstein, Appliance Specialist, made my dishwasher purchase a breeze!

WHEN IS HD GOING TO ACTUALLY OFFER A COMPREHENSIVE database / search function on the website?!? I get frustrated every time I attempt to utilize the search field online for research before arrival to a HomeDepot to make planned purchases! (I'm thinking it's far FAR past time to hire Google to provide HD's search components?) And please, do increase the frequency of toilet facilities oversight/maintenance?!? This store is across the street from my residence and so visited weekly; bit surprised how frequently I find restroom in disarray?

Store is well organized and store attendants are readily available when needed.

I am female and I have to fix my own breakdowns when I am in a breakup :) The employees at this Home Depot make sure I don't feel lonely in the aisles ! I love this store ! The store associates always give me the proper instructions and the proper tools for all my projects from start to finish ... this saves me a lot of time, money and frustration :)

Our experience always one that brings us back and knowing we can always trust that we will walk out feeling good and thankful for the people that are knowledgeable and work hard for all if us in Home Depot. You.

I came to the store to return some items that I had bought but I did not have the receipt. I was a little bit upset to say the least because she wouldn’t even give me a store credit for the items. It’s not like it was hundreds of dollars it was maybe $10-$13 at best. I had her hold the items for me. I then went and purchased one 2 x 4 and it’s almost perfect! Best part, it was in the 70% off pile. I walked out only paying $1.22 for an 8 foot 2 x 4 primed. The female who checked me out was wonderful and the female who was in lumber was just as wonderful! The female upfront in returns with the gray silver hair, a young girl. She was not so wonderful! This is probably my second or third favorite Home Depot location. Number one is Sunset & the 95. Right behind its a toss up between this location and the store On lamb & Charleston. Oh serene and Eastern is up there too. This location is a pretty decent store with decent employees, well the female employees are. Tool rental is a big plus.

Worst rental department experience. Stay away, no matter you return your rental with in 1 hour from renting since it can not be used, you WILL be charged for it . I am pooling all 18 contractors working for me out from renting or shopping at Home Depot

The employees at this store run away when they see a customer coming to ask them something. So if you do go there you really need to know exactly what it is you are looking for and where to find it. Hey associates! If everyone that shops there were an expert at hardware you wouldn’t have a job.

The absolute worst shopping experience in memory. Still can't believe I ordered $1000 worth of paint, but its on sale and the job is time sensitive. Soul crushing store/company policies tie the hands of front line employees to make common sense decisions. Spent 50 minutes buying paint that should be enabled to be ordered and paided for in 5 minutes. An exhausting and draining experience. I put off other purchases, I will not use this store in the foreseeable future.
