Customer service reps on phone at desk great. Tool rental and ability to solve issues I had HORRIBLE! 11/10 would NOT recommend. I rented a tool there and their associate FORGOT to check back in tool. It was VERY difficult to get refund on tool rental days NOT used and accounted for.

Everyone was so helpful, found exactly what i needed an a few items I didn't realize I needed. Girls were very cute and happy

All employees in their expertise seems to know what they're talking about and are very knowledgeable and helping me with my DIYs

GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE.

From the entrance into the store to the final checkout, it is always a pleasure to greet and sometimes to chat with the employees who very often remember personal names and traits of the customers. I enjoy visiting the Home Depot stores be it to purchase items that I need, or just of witness the new arrivals in appliances and tools.

I looked through half the store to find someone to help me and it seems like all the associates were at pro desk. maybe seven people up there. mre people in the aisles and less people at pro so I don't have to waste 10 minutes to ask someone a question

The women at the pro desk are amazing!! They know what they’re doing and I know I can always trust them with orders.

Usually peoples good deeds go unnoticed which is why I write this. Staff at this location are polite and very helpful a special thanks to Fernanda at the help desk.

From the reservation experience to the final drop off of a 4000 psi pressure washer, we are still amazed. Employee Ben/Store 3316 Pecos was patient, knowledgeable and truly helpful from start to finish.

Meg in customer service went way beyond the call of dury

I went to buy a christmas tree and instead had a disgruntled female employee talk down to me because I said "no thank you" to her cutting my tree. She still cut it and the tone of her voice (were she employed by me) wouldve earned her a promotion to customer by the time she finished her sentence. Bad attitude, inefficient customer relations and a huge chip on her shoulder. I dont spend money at places where the employees rudely ignore what the paying customer wants. And dont even get me started on the employees inside.

THE STAFF IS CHEERFUL, APPLIES PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, AND STRIVES TO SERVE YOUR NEEDS IN AN EXPEDITIOUS MANNER.

I appreciate that when I need to go for quick parts they're most likely to have them.

Simon is the reason I'm writing this review - I needed help replacing a water spigot for water coming into the refrigerator ice maker. When Simon realized that I was doing the project myself (73-year-old but still fairly capable woman!) he not only provided me with the item but gave me detailed instructions on how to install it - you just don't find kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable individuals very often and I am grateful that Simon was there for me!

Pro desk staff is what customer service is all about. Other h.d. stores need to model themselves after them. Kudos to all of you, Tasha, Samantha, Kyle, Shawn.....all of you are the Best.

The store is always very clean. Linda in appliance is wonderful. Extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and would recommend her to anyone who visits this store looking to purchase appliances.

Personnel are always very friendly and very helpful. When questioned on location of products, they will always escort you to the product you are looking for. I am handicapped and they always assist me with my purchases to my car. Store is very well stocked with needed items.Hurray for the "scooters". Cashiers are very familiar with location of most all items locations. Very good store. Ms. Tracy is an outstanding personnel, who works at the Pecos store in Las Vegas, NV

Josh in the paint department is very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to find out about my projects so he could suggest the best products for me.
