Store clean well staffed

I love this home depot store employees are always nice and helpful and they always have everything I need.

This Home Depot differs itself from others because of stairs like Gilbert, Kay,Brian these people work side-by-side and no matter what you did to make your shopping experience and overall experience the best that it can be. I’ve shopped at at least five different Home Depot‘s in different states this by far is one of the best because of the mentioned people above

Had what I wanted while others did not.

First thing you notice is employees greeting you and how clean and organized the shelfs are but most of all how helpful the employees are to help you to buy what you need by showing they are interested in your shopping experience from start to finish. I have seen improvement in the stores I visit of customer first. I feel I am appreciated when I enter the store everytime I shop regardless of amount I spent. Keep up the great job. As a side note I have shopped here for my rehabs for other people and for my 3 condos I comply rehabbed.

If you looking too buy a new kitchen.I would suggest talking to Gilbert Harden.Hes professionalisms is unmatched.Was a pleasure working with him and buying a new kitchen &counters.

What a great store! Staff went out of their way to complete my very specific shopping list. They accompanied me to look for items, checked online inventory when a product was missing and helped each other help me. It was a very pleasant and successful shopping experience.

this home depot is really the best i enjoy coming to the store out of all the 3 within my locality the store is always arranged properly customer service reps are willing to assist.keep up the good works guys

Good customer service

i really like to this store compared to other home depots i think its very easily to shop and check out here oppose to home depot up the blvd.

Again it’s a ok store but it doesn’t exceed the customers expectations either.Its more for contractors

This location is perfect! The staff there is amazing, they go above and beyond to assist you with all your needs!

The cashier that helped me was very informative about the offers and promotions that we're going on,and if it wasn't for Monica 4166 00004 18467 I would not have known about setting up an account with the store she really impressed me

One of the items that I was looking for I did find, it was not the right fit, yet I was able to find a suitable substitute. I had plenty of help. The store was neat and clean. And I meet some very very nice employees.

The store is closest to my home , the staff is always friendly and the store is clean and organized, however they are frequently out of stock in plumbing and other areas , on many occasions I have to leave there and visit the one on Columbus blvd.

I absolutely love shopping at Home Depot. I always find whatever I'm looking for.. Their Customer Service Center ,and the employees are very informative. and very helpful.

Need workers not people who needs a paycheck. Because workers take pride in their job responsibilities. People who just received a check is their for 8 hour of less work.

Can’t get assistance and the employees walk around you

If I am working near this location I try to make sure I have all materials for a site so that we dont have to visit this home depot the service is always POOR here and although I have spoken to managers unfortunately service remains the same

The store is very clean. Items are marked clearly. The associates are usually always friendly and helpful. And you can always find an associate to help out if you can't find what you are looking for. I also like the self service for quick checkout when I only have a few items.

Just to clarify about the employees that I named in my survey, Monica is in the Oregon Avenue store and Linda is in the Springfield Pennsylvania store.

The store was very clean and was not rushed to buy anything the cashier was very pleasant and you can take your time there

The customer service is terrible. When at the Self-Checkout, the machine would not read my card chip or strip. The employee attending to the Self Checkout walked over and said, "I think that ones broke". I was not sure what to make of that. Were they asking a question or making a statement? They then yelled for the supervisor to come over. When the supervisor arrived, they said, "give me your card". Not a question and rather rude. They then inserted and swiped my card numerous more times. It finally took. The supervisor then turned to the employee and began speaking to her...while still holding my card. He stated, "see, it worked". I then indicated that it had only done so after numerous attempts and could I please get my card back. The supervisor retorted with, "but it worked, right?!". He then proceeded to discuss some matter with the employee while standing in the way of my items I still needed to bag. I had to say excuse me twice at which point the employee said, "oh...are these your things?" I was the only customer she and the supervisor were even loosely assisting, so of course it was my stuff. Instead of assisting me, the supervisor and employee ushered over another customer to the terminal and I still could not reach my other item as they were in the way still. Finally the employee handed me my bottle of Loctite and said nothing else. I headed outside to place my stuff on the floor to then bag them into my backpack since I was not permitted to bag them at the terminal. What a terrible experience. No thanks Home Depot, I will go elsewhere.

Had everything I needed & friendly associates everytime I came in, no matter the shift.

20th & Oregon Ave @ Quartermaster Plaza: Keith (plumbing) & Sha-Ra (checkout) have demonstrated the most effective & pleasurable customer service experience I ever had at Home Depot!! That says a lot from a southerner in Philly (it's the truth)!!!
