What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. Incredible Staff: Attentive, goes extra mile
Attention to customer and helpfulness of staff was incredible. The first employee I talked to walked with me halfway across the store to show me where to find something. The second I talked to went digging in the shelves to get me the product in the absolute best condition. The third was professional, but very empathetic. It felt like an experience out of a 1950s movie, where everyone was super kind and helpful. Some sort of hardware store utopia. Will highly recommend.

I ALSO LIVE IN SCOTTSDALE AZ, ALL SALESPERSONS THERE ARE SUPER NICE. WISH IT IS THE SAME IN PHILLY, BUT NOT. CUSTOMER SERVICE CULTURE IS DIFFERENT. IN PHILLY, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A NUISANCE. WHILE SOME SALESPERSON IN 4101 ARE PROS, A LOT ARE SIMPLY STACK PERSONS. I FREQUENTLY HEAR "THIS IS NOT MY DEPARTMENT" AND WALK AWAY.

Outstanding Workers at this store!
The associates at this store on the Friday night were amazing! One helped me cut several pieces of lumber and drywall, and was incredibly nice and professional during the 40 minutes of help! Next, our cashier gave HER unopened bottle of water to my pregnant wife during checkout after we asked where we could purchase some. Instead of having us walk quite a distance to the fridge, she simply offered up hers! That was truly a wonderful act of kindness! Top Notch at this store!
