Janet helped me with issues I had with an order of appliances she was problem solving attentive welcoming and kind she also was able to get some other products sold because she was enthusiastic in helping me with what I needed. She made my experience so much better. There was a guy as well who helped me and was problem solving as well but I forgot his name.

I bought these items a month ago and will be returning to this store when products run out.

Glad to know "human beings" people "workers" are not being threatened by all the downsizing of legal clerk transaction processing verses self check-out methods! Allow the clerks" control over processing financial trsnsactions

I wanted to take a moment to share how helpful Melanie was during my visit. As a woman, shopping for home repair supplies can sometimes feel intimidating, but Melanie made the experience so much easier. She was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. Her exceptional customer service completely changed how I feel about shopping for home improvement projects — so much so that I now plan to shop exclusively at this Home Depot location. It’s comforting to know that with Melanie’s help, I’ll always get the guidance and support I need.

I never know what I'm doing when I go into Home Depot, lol. Usually I'm walking in with a piece of something that's broken and one of the employees ALWAYS helps me get what I need. I really love the South Philly (Oregon Ave) Home Depot.

What ever you do not shop at this store it’s awful

This store has been much improved in the past year with a big, faster, friendly, staff-attended self checkout area.

I have been a customer of Home Depot for many years. I am always impressed with the many Home improvement items in your stores,which I mainly shop for. The sales associates are usually helpful.

Employees are very rude. One employee refused to move out of my way when I asked very politely. In fact, he ignored me until I asked several times then aggressively told me to wait and proceeded to ignore me and not move. Everything in the store is always covered in dust/sawdust even at the opposite end of the lumber section.

One evil lady at the customer service is horrible I sent you guys the email about the situation I don't know her name but I have an account and if you don't want to date I sent the email you'll know the representative that is not good for your clientele I never have nothing bad to say about people but she was horrible and me and lazy

The store needs to train the associates to be friendly and not miserable. I’m sure they are being paid well with benefits.

This is the only place I go when working on a project. If there's a tool I don't have but really don't need to own, I rent it. If I need a bigger truck for material, I rent that too. The Pro Desk staff and Managers are always willing to do what they can do to help with issues if any arise. Well run store.

This is very easy to shop here because of it's close to me and the people are nice , and easy to talk with.

Excellent customer service!

In my local HomeDepot today, and when it was time to check out Tiara assisted when I thought a price was different. She took the time to look it up, walk to the counter and was patient and courteous with a smile. I read the sticker on the shelf above mistakenly. She didn’t make me feel like it was my fault, rather responded professionally. HD has a good one amongst their mist. Tiara cashier area.
