The only thing is the store it's not clean, but for the rest it's perfect!

I was doing a basement remodel and needed a lot of products including interior and exterior doors, flooring, paint, moulding, etc. In particular, I had and excellent experience in both the paint and the millwork departments where I had the most interaction with store associates. Also, the Conshohocken store location is very well stocked. If you need doors and windows, ask for David Clinger. His knowledge and customer service were very motivating and inspired me to shop Home Depot instead of the competitor across the street.

The people could not have been more helpful, and friendly. I am used to great customer service at the stores I visit in the Seattle area where I live. Periodically, I return to the Philadelphia area to visit relatives. My overall impression of the area is that one can't trust people to deliver what they say they will. Home Depot disabused me of this idea. Everyone that I spoke to was friendly, and helpful. The cashier, Marianne, judged that I might have difficulty loading the item in the car, and asked if I required assistance. She told me that John was waiting right outside the door, and I should just ask him for assistance, and he would be happy to help. Sure enough, he was right where she said he would be, and he gave me a hand loading.

The front line supervisor was great had good personal skills her name was Shamira

The store was clean and neat and everything is easy to get to and cashier was great.

I frequent this store quite often for supplies for the company that I work for and every experience that I've had has been pleasant.

We were able to find what we needed very quickly Maya was very helpful and Isaac at the desk was very helpful also

Went in for something and ended up looking at several other things while there. The employees are nice, but can be difficult to find and then usually have to find someone else to actually help you or answer a question. Sometimes they give broad answers to questions that should have more exacting answers, example: "Where's <some widget>?". Employee: "Down there" points down isle, moves on to other things. Walk down isle, can't find widget. New hunt for another employee begins. Repeat. Also, good luck finding pricing on items. Most are marked, but there are a good bit that are not priced. After waiting for help for about 10 mins, I ended up installing the HD app on my phone and scanning barcodes to find prices.

Clean and orderly with knowing staff. Expedient checkout, kindly administered.

What a pleasure it is to shop at this Home Depot store. Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful. I hope you never close down.

Was just walking to location where I needed products and on way was always asked if they could help me find things.

My only issue with the store is they would not enforce their price match policy that is stated on Home Depot's website. They only would match the competitor price but not allow the additional 10% deduction.

I had to purchase a lot of paint in different colors and finishes. The associate at the paint desk was knowledgeable about all finishes and what would work best. It was nice to be able to talk to someone there who was efficient, helpful and positive!!

Great sales force. Made my visit fast as well as easy on a very large and heavy item.

The people who work there are nice and very helpful. Always have what I need. Pickups and returns are no problem. Lowes is close by , but doesn't come close to this store in service.

The store has the paint brands I like. It could improve its customer service and the knowledge of its staff.

I actually look forward to shopping at The Home Depot in Plymouth Meeting, even though it is not the closest store to me.

This location has a wonderful customer service center. Their employees are incredibly kind and helpful. I would choose this store over one that is right around the corner.

Russell and Armon were extremely helpful! The end to end process was enjoyable. I didn't feel rushed, my questions were answered, and they were all genuinely interested with the 6 associates I dealt with.

We are conveniently located between 2 Home Depot stores and shop at both. We use them as an excuse to go shopping at times. We can always find something we need, want , or just to browse.

The store was very orderly and easy to find what I was looking for on this visit
