If you needs blinds, shades, or any window treatment, Orlando at the Plymouth Meeting store is THE guy to talk to. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Victor also helped us by intervening with FedEx to ultimately redirect a package that was misdelivered. Can not say enough about these two Home Depot employees. A credit to the store.

The young was able to provide assistance with making a key. Thank you, hope you, your colleagues stay safe, and healthy.

I wouldn’t recommend this store for buying a new dryer. They do not put any dryers out as floor models. You have to buy the dryer based on what they show you on the computer. Then when the dryer gets delivered the door opens the wrong way even though you talked to sales associate about which way we wanted the door to open for ten minutes. When I can’t actually see what I’m paying for I should have known there would be a problem when it arrived.

The Home Depot in Conshohocken is always clean and well stocked with friendly, knowledgable staff. Jeff, did an excellent job assisting us with our purchases at our last visit. Super friendly and helpful.

I like the layout of the store and how easy it is to find what I need everytime. The store employees are very caring and helpful. I always have a good shopping experience here and usually spend more time than I should and buy and spend more than I should but that's all me!

Love Home Depot and all the products they carry. Store was very busy and out of some of the products I needed, however, I will go back in a week or so hoping that I can get what I need.

I was greeted by an older gentleman at the door who directed me to the area of the store which saved me time. I was also assisted at check out by the same person. The store was clean and well organized and prices fair.

Awesome experience with products and sales person. Clean store and waited on right away. Very knowledgeable about their products by the sales person. 5 stars! Very friendly and helpful was our sales person. He helped us find what we wanted on line so we could get a fast delivery. Excellent job!

Way better than King of Prussia location. Don't waste your time there, go to this one instead

My wife and I like shopping at this Home Depot as they are well stocked and the customer service can't be beat! The staff will go out of their way to assist in finding items and NEVER seem annoyed to do it.

Store employee went above and beyond expectations when he couldn't locate an item that was supposed to be in stock by substituting a better option in place at the same price.

Bought some culled lumber that was supposed to be marked down 70%. Got to my car and realized I was charged regular price. Had to spend another 20 minutes waiting in line and dealing with customer service to get it straightened out. Can't it ring up right the first time?

Pretty well organized and usually has everything in stock that you need. The staff is very courteous.

Theresa at customer service went above and beyond in helping me obtain a product. I needed to drive over an hour from my home to obtain this product so I am super appreciative she was able to hold on to it and the last battery in stock for me until I arrived.

The store was clean and products were organized well for easy access. The associates at the Paint desk were friendly and helpful. I recommend this store :)

Employees were not wearing there masks, one of them continued not to after I asked them to put it on. Only one person working the paint counter with multiple customers waiting. Other employees just standing around talking to each other not helping customers. Of the 4 items I needed, two of them were out of stock. The other Home Depot I frequent is a 5 star store. Poorly managed,unmotivated staff except for the young man at the paint counter.

In general,store was clean and assessible.

Store was organized. I was in and out in less than 15 min.

The store and the salesperson Binns and the dept. manager Diane I believe were very, very helpful and we completed the sale. It was the delivery service that HD uses that was terrible. I was contacted 2 days prior to confirm delivery and I received a phone call that morning confirming delivery between 11:30am - 3:30pm and was told I would be called 30 minute prior to the actual delivery. By 3:30pm I had received no such call. So I called the delivery service and was told the truck had broken down and that they were running behind but would still be there. I called back 3-4 times between 3:30pm and 7:00pm and was told every excuse you could imagine from "they were currently at delivery stop #11 and I was #13" to finally I was told at 7:00pm they had arrived at the delivery address and no one was there which was an outright lie as I had been there waiting ALL DAY! I was told the next delivery day was Wed. 25 which was out of the question. I went back to the store on Saturday 3/22 and cancelled the order and bought my refrigerator elsewhere. As I mentioned the store personnel were very helpful and accommodating but I would never ever order another appliance from HD that required delivery after this experience.

Cashier Harry at the pro service was extremely pleasant he usually is the time I come in the store he is very attentive and goes out his way to help me everytime!

I had as always a very good experience at this store. I found what I was looking for. I received assistance in special ordering of doors. I had a very pleasant experience with the cashiers.

Great store helpful and clean. Ms.Celene is a great employee and great nice respectful woman, it's because of her I will do all my home projects and purchase all the things from Home Depot.

The store personnel were extremely helpful and I didn't have to wander around looking for assistance, they approached me to see if I needed anything.

My visit was quick and I was in and out with wide variety of products in the same category I was looking for. Found various other items on sale that caught my eye.
