Found the employees to be overly helpful. Rose and Jerry helped me an my husband purchase a floor model Christmas tree. Rose tried to find it at another store to no avail. Jerry then broke down the tree, packed it and helped my husband to get it into the car. Can not say enough about these two, if all the employees at this store are like them...then you have a great team.

this is my "home" Home Depot. I always have good success here and appreciate the team members who go out of their way to help. I'm pretty savvy with home improvement but sometimes it's just nice to have an extra hand...they are always willing.

MS Gantt work in this store, she is a sample of what sale person should be...friendly,accomodating,hepful and respectful. Some of the store associates are not friendly there were more than 2 I tried to ask question but the associate tried to pretend to be "deaf"(I know because when another associate called him he turns around) or just point the direction and would not even turn to see the customer understood (I saw and the customer looked at me and ask if I understand what the employee said).There are also lot of associates who were willing to assist. The store is clean.

We have never ran into any situation where help was not available. All the employees are helpful and one was always available to assist. Home Depot in Plymouth Meeting is my husbands favorite store. My husband always finds everything he needs all year around.

Who are you? They don't care. For my entire shopping trip I couldn't find anyone to help me. I ended up only buying one thing because I couldn't find the other items I needed for my project. And when it came time to leave there were only self check-out lines open, not a single cashier actually ringing up customers. The art of customer service is dead.

Plymouth meeting/conshohocken store is clean, well stocked and bright. Sales associates are knowledgeable , helpful and friendly. Wide variety and price range in ea category. That is what I find and like...... Way friendlier and more efficient than the competition.

The store was well layed out, but I still needed help to find an item. This was accopmplished with some assistance from employees. I also had some help with the self service checkout.

I was looking for animal repellent. Asked a person working there. She took me to the product and showed me everything they had. She went out of her way to help me. Everyone in this store is friendly and efficient.

Orlando, in the flooring department knows his stuff and was extremely helpful and friendly. Cashier, Celene went above and beyond to help me out!

Had a great experience with a sales associate that went out of his way to save me some money. While waiting at the paint counter for an excessive amount of time during a busy spell the sales associate offered me a discount to make up for the lengthy wait which in turn caused me to buy more while I was there. It was a win win for everyone.

store was very clean, a/c unit was working very fine, good customer support on the way they handle my on line order, and even helped me load it in my car, good manners and respect to me and my wife, all the materals I ordered was stacked nice and neat and even went over all that I ordered too make sure everything was there and in place.

I could not order something online using a coupon I had. The coupon only worked in stores. So I went to the service desk and was told that the online store worked as it's own separate store which means I could not use the coupon. However, Ellen at the service desk helped me put the order through and even called the online store to help me with the coupon situation. This was over and beyond what I was expecting. I wished more people had her attitude and willingness to help. Thank you Ellen!

If you need service (help) for heavy items to your car....do it yourself....I waited over 25 mins...no one came to help me..being 73 I had hoped for some assistance....

I saw a sign in Home Depot that said to download the app to help you find items. I did, and the product I selected didn't have a location. I had to chase down employees to assist, and the response was that the product "didn't have a home", and that I would just have to look around the store. I deleted the app and will go somewhere else.

I found every item I needed on the selves. Most of the departments were well organized and personnel were very helpful to answer all my question and courteous too.

I shop at this store regularly. Today, several of the HD staff had uplifting spirits, were helpful and made my day.
