I had a great experience today at Home Depot. Every associate was helpful. I had to go back today for multiple items and each time was consistent.

The hardware Dept. manager Tom is the go to person for assistance when looking for parts and items that are difficult to locate on your own. The store also has a good layout and excellent selection of tile and hardware flooring samples which provided me with ideas for my kitchen and bath upgrades.

Associates were very helpful and friendly in all manners. They went above and beyond to find the products I needed and from the start to loading my car! A GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!

I was happy with the support my wife and I recievced at the flooring dept. Happy also with transactions at Customer Service.

Associate, Sherice, approached us as soon as we entered the department. She was courteous, great smile and went out of her way to make a phone call to answer our questions. She was able to recommend the right cellular shades that we needed and took the time to sit with us and discuss options. After our initial order, she called us to ask if we had heard from the installer. When we did not, she made a follow-up call. The measurer/installer was very knowledgeable and offered more suggestions. He, Steven Ragomo, was prompt with his appointment. My husband was very satisfied with his suggestions and advice. My visit tonight, with Sherice, was enjoyable and handled very professionally. I will recommend her to others and go back to her when I am ready to order new carpeting. Overall, a great experience!

I wasn't sure about buying flooring when I went to Home Depot as I was also checking other stores. However, the staff were so helpful and informative that I returned a second time and made that purchase. I will also continue to go to Home Depot first in the future. It was a very good shopping experience despite the fact that I don't enjoy shopping.

My recent experience at this store was extraordinary - from start to finish. Store associate was professional and knowledgable. The pricing and delivery service was excellent. I will return to this location for future appliance needs.

I went to Home Depot for my office. I saw the Large Sign indicating the Garden area. I went over and a Sales Associate was unpacking product in the area. He stopped what he was doing to assist me. Then he helped me with the purchase by taking the heavy container to the check-out. It was a great experience and I will recommend the store to other's in my office and definitely plan to return.

Always my favorite home depot to shop at, I have a Lowe's account as well but prefer HD.

Save yourself time, ask a Home Depot Associate where something is located and they will tell you exactly where it is, every time, no doubt about it.

The store always seems cluttered, and there were no store associates at the checkout registers, only the contractors' register. Found what I needed quickly and easily, though. Prices were good.
