this store was unorganized and very understaffed. Be careful where you step and how close to the shelves you need to get, otherwise you WILL get hurt.

HOME DEPOT NOW LOCKS UP THE ENTIRE SPRAY PAINT AISLE. YOU HAVE TO GET THE SALESPERSON WORKING IN THE PAINT DEPT. TO UNLOCK THE CAGE, THEN THEY SELECT YOUR PAINT FOR YOU. THEN, THEY HAVE TO LOCK THE CAGE AGAIN BEFORE THE NEXT CUSTOMER ARRIVES. EVER WORSE, AT CHECKOUT, YOU HAVE TO PROVE YOU ARE OVER 18 YEARS OLD. I

I bought a Hot Water Heater Gas and talked with the Pro Desk about the install, they were very helpful and intalling it went great, had no problems at all. If you need something for home improvement and you need someone to talk with about the install go to Home Depot for sure.

I've done business as a pro/semi-pro with HD for decades. I have watched HD go from the only store worthy - to my very last choice in home improvement shopping spots. HD used to sell good quality "contractor-friendly" materials. In recent years HD has downgraded its product line to the point that even a know-nothing homeowner can't be fooled any longer. Making matters much worse is the plethora of seasonal and "loss-leader" items blocking the isles making navigating the store virtually impossible (especially with an over-priced 10' 2x4 on your cart). HD used to be THE only place in town. It has gradually earned the title, "last place in town". Worst of all - check out the HD pre-order website! That's a nightmare waiting to happen... especially if you're trying to order for a time sensitive project.

Staff at the service desk went beyond normal to find product in overhead.

Customer service is everything about shopping to me and my wife.....Vanessa cashier offered excellent customer service for me and my wife to show that this is our "Go To" Home Depot store......

Everyone it this store is always friendly, but this time it was even better because we met Kelly to help us order new appliances. She was kind, warm, and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend her.

Went to home Depot today to get a couple items and was greeted outside by Wendy who is very pleasant professional and cheerful, she showed me where the products were I needed and helped find me a better deal on a table I was looking for thanks again. Wendy make shopping great again

Not sure how this is different from the survey, but I already said how much I appreciated everything your employees did to help me tonight. I am a senior widow with minimal strength in my arms and they helped me solve a problem that I couldn't! Thank You!

I love coming to this HD because everyone is always super helpful.

Every time I shop here I am guaranteed an awesome experience. Everyone is always helpful and ready to answer any type of questions. I always go to this specific Home Depot.

Employees are “happy” and smiling and always ready to help.

Sometimes in the past it has been difficult to find an employee to tell us where things are located in this very big store. Not this time we received great service throughout our shopping experience.

It is the Standard Home Depot, but not as well stocked as the other one in Prescott (on highway 69, a bit farther west). However, I increasingly find myself looking for goods elsewhere as Home Depot increasingly becomes a Chinese factory outlet.

Would not recommend shopping at home depot any more! Ordered a $1400 stove for our new home from the Prescott Arizona store, was finally delivered & after installed, we found chips & scratches! Tried to get the store to take care of the issue, but, after several phone calls & trips to the store, they refused to stand behind the product they sold me! We will never shop at home depo again!!

Quick in and out. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Nice garden section and the seasonal garden plants were well watered.

I really like shopping here. The employees are always friendly and go out of their way to help you get what you need.

Once again Home Depot stood out from their competitor. Having gone to the other place first and looking at refrigerators for over 20 minutes with not one single person approaching or acknowledging me (and there were several employees who walked by) I left the store. I then went to Home Depot where I was immediately greeted ( I should add that Home Depot was very busy as compared to the other store), Since I already knew which refrigerator I wanted (after all I had plenty of time to look at the other store), my questions were quickly responded to, and the transaction was completed within probably 20 minutes. I have purchased 3 major appliances from this Home Depot in the past 6 years, and each experience has been exceptional.

My checkout was quick, Ammie was friendly and efficient. Good job!

Seems to always be pallets or carts full of material blocking isles, especially in the outside area. I wish the outdoors area would open a little earlier as well, but other than that, that location is great.
