Mike in Paint at Prescott Home Depot is the COLOR match GUY
Consistent, professional, knowledge staff regardless of the department they work in. For example, Mike in the paint department is so WORTHY!!! Why? His expertise, patience, and perseverance to ensure customer satisfaction to the extent that I was compelled to write this review. I had a unique paint situation, where I brought in a kitchen cabinet front panel to have it color matched. The entire HD experience with Mike was to ensure I left with an EXACT color match. AND IT WAS!!!! Thank you Mike!

The Pro Order department is filled with Pros
I've been ordering retaining wall block off and on for 2-3 years. EVERY time, my phone orders have been easy and pleasant to make, accurate and the deliveries have been timely. The deliver folks are great to work with too.

Awesome grill and friendly service
Bought an Oakford grill. Great grill for the price. The loss and prevention gal helped us load it... she was super friendly and appreciated conversation as we are new to Prescott!! She's a keeper!

Love this store!!
So helpful and knowledgeable. So many of the employees here are retirees and know good customer service and have lots of experience in the department they are in. They do not hide form you but approach you and ask if they can help.

Staff at Home Depot very helpful!
Every time I go to the Prescott Home depot the staff there is so friendly and helpful they go out of their way to help me with anything from lumber to gardening they are so helpful I am so happy we have such a great shopping experience when we go to the Prescott Home depot. They have helped me rebuild my home.

Friendly and Helpful Employees!
My husband and I just moved to the area a few months ago and we have a lot of home improvement projects. We have visited the Prescott store several times and each time we are greeted with friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable employees.
