I went in to purchase a couple new appliances and had a great experience . The employees were funny (which is always nice), and they thoroughly answered all my questions.

this is truly the best one stop shop for all your home, garden, use.

On line products arrived on time and in good shape. This store has had some great sales on tools and building products. I am happy to recommend this store to anyone I meet !

We live about 30 miles from the Riverbank store. We don't mind driving that far because there are always helpful and knowledgeable people to help us. We are able to check the store website in advance to see if what what we want is available . The prices are also very reasonable.

Having bought a defective lawn mower and waiting too long to open it up and use it (very busy and it rained both times on my day off), I missed the standard 30 day return policy for a return. However, the employees were so kind and helpful, they convinced the manager to extend the return policy for me! Thankfully, I then bought a new high-end Honda mower that works great!! Thanks Home Depot!

I love this location, products are always in stock, the people are friendly and the prices are great.

An associate named Gerardo at the lumber department (Home Depot Riverbank, Ca) did his best and went beyond to help me during my visit at the store. He is very hard worker and he did make sure I am a satisfied customer when I left. I cant thank him enough for that. Keep up the good work! Thank you!

I had to say "Excuse me, could you help me", to four Sales Reps. before one finally said he would help me as soon as he finish getting something for another guest. When he did come to help us, I told him that we needed help getting a high-rise toilet with a swipe-flush eye, onto our push-cart. He showed us two that were on display. We chose the one we wanted. He said that he would put the one that we picked on the cart for us; he did. The only problem - when our contractor installed the toilet and had us look at it - it had the top-push buttons, not the swipe-eye which we requested; because, I have arthritic hands and fingers. Also, don't try going up & down aisles in a power chair or power cart. We've always encountered display boxes, walk-up stairs and people with carts that will stare at you and not let you pass, no matter how politely or how many times you ask. The Store can not do anything about rude/inconsiderate shoppers; but, they can do something about cluttered aisles.

Store was clean but most important was the help the store associate gave. Bobby was very helpful and knows the products they have for sale. He made this purchase easy and enjoyable.

If I need something for my house or Garden, Home Depot is the store I shop first. Then when I have shopped the rest of the stores, I come back and buy it at home Depot. I love the way I can buy my plants and know if they fail, within a year. I can bring them back. It hasn't happened yet (I have good results with plants I have bought there) but if one dies I can plant another free. If I can't find something, they not only will find what I need, but calculate the cost, amount needed and proper use of equipment or materials for the project at hand. If there is a cheaper way or better way to do a project they have given me tactful advise on that too.

The selection of microwave was reasonable and easy to find. The highlight of the experiance was the assosiate that helped me. Bobby was knowledgeable and fast. I was in and out. purchase and install schedule in hand in no time.

The store wasClean and workers were helpful to me friendly as well.

The Associate that helped us was not from that particular department but did not hesitate in getting answers we had about leaf blowers. She found a much better choice for our particular situation than we had originally considered and at a price that fit our budget. Unfortunately, I had to search for an Associate to help us since none was in sight. After locating one in an adjoining department, she called for someone to assist us but since no one responded, helped us out herself. Cudos to her.

Fast service. Very helpful in locating product using Home Depot web site as product was not on display in the store.

Was very satisfied with the help we received today. Store was very clean and in order. We will defiantly return to the Riverbank store it always seems to be the cleanest and the associates are so friendly.

Devan went above and beyond his duties to assist us with a color of paint that was discontinued, instead of passing us along and saying sorry we can't or do not carry it or make it. He researched up the codes, Did a color match and tried his best. He actually was able to match the color perfectly. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was alone, but explained to all the customers waiting he right with them, answered their quick questions, and did his best in a timely manner. He deserves a homer award if this store does that program. Excellent workers need recognition and praises when they are doing well. As a contractor, I go into this store a lot. The staff is always very helpful and the store its self is one of the nicer ones. Good store for finding the materials I need on a daily bases. The tool section is my favorite.

I was asked at last three times if I was finding what I needed. It was a good experience. I was sold on the item before I got there Samsung Refridgerater because of my online shopping experiences. I just needed to see it in person.

Found the wood I needed very quickly. Had a store associate ask if I was finding everything I needed and when I said not yet he pleasantly showed me to the shop vacs and accessories I needed. This store is the best Home Depot of the three in this area.
