This is the second time I’ve had them install tile for me. Juan Hernandez Jr is awesome!! He does quality work and cares about his customers. The carpet guys who finished up tucking the carpet between the tile were also very good.

I ordered French doors to be delivered to my house and twice they’ve shown up dented and damaged, which is causing great delays.

I bought this plant a few days ago and I have been to other Home Depot’s. The selection this location had was great! So many options and multiple options in the different growth stages! Even had some plants propagating so cool! Got this plant to gift away and now I’m going back to grab one for myself because of how beautiful and reasonable the price of it was! Cat and dog friendly too!

Yamin should be employee of the month, I do curb pick up she has been very helpful, this past pick up it was more difficult for me to figure out, Yamin jump right in and made it looks easy. I love when she helps me out.

They go out of there way to help me, and get what I need , I live in Ceres, and it's Always hard to find a good salesman

We purchased the ceiling fan yesterday model number AK338<BN. It was very easy to install, and we are very happy with it.

Best of the Home depot we have visited. Have more products. Only one more item they could carry. Zep calcium, rust,remover.

My husband and I recently remolded our kitchen using KraftMaid Cabinets and Cambria quartz counters. Tony at the Riverbank Home Depot helped us throughout the entire process. He is professional and knowledgeable. Thank you, Tony!

I purchased a number of fender washers that were loose items from a bin. Unable to scan items so I touched the Need Help button on the screen. A lady came right over and helped me. I noticed she was in a wheelchair as she quickly entered the items. I appreciate Home Depot providing opportunities for those who are disabled.

Be more friendly and not treat you like your stupid.

Wish Home Depot had employees to help with heavy lifting without having to wait 20-30 minutes.

if you need a home appliance do yourself a favor and do not go to the Riverbank Home Depot. They will deliver your appliance damaged and to get it returned and to get a new one will cause you the most stress. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else, but this place.

While visit was ok its not enough to greet guest if you still don't know what they need or what they are asking for.

I purchased 4 doors and hardware on a Friday and scheduled to pick it all up the next day using Will Call. I waited more than 24 hours and never received confirmation my order was ready. Apparently before Will Call could pull the order Home Depot ran out of stock for one of the doors.Will Call just let the order sit there and didn’t communicate to anyone that the rest of the order was complete. They give me a refund for the one door but now I have ho find it elsewhere. I won’t use will call again.

I purchased my refrigerator during the 4th of July sales. I was immediately greeted as I entered the appliance department by sales associate Sayed. He was cheerful, professional and assisted me with my refrigerator purchase. He was knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I asked. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

Betty in doors was very helpful. She was knowledgeable about all of the doors. Will shop there again for my other outside doors.

I saw many employees wandering around, looking as though they had nothing to do. To me this is a waste of human resources. I started to approach one employee; we made eye contact then he turned and walked off. Now the employee in paint department was very helpful but in lumber was a different story. Needed a board cut, took at least ten minutes to get someone to cut the board for me.

Always find what I need

Clean, organized and friendly store will definitely shop here again. The paint dept was so helpful and the gentleman in the plumbing area was helpful too! The lady at the self check out was extremely helpful with the machine.

I didn't need a whole sheet and they had what I did.

Bought a refrigerator. They promised a call to schedule delivery. Didn't happen. I got woke up out of bed REALLY early in the morning telling me they will be there in 30 minutes! I live with an 85 yo woman and my wife works nights! This is unacceptable! I will never buy anything to be delivered from them again!

Poor customer service, where employees run away from helping a customer

The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Employees sell products to gain department kudos. Sold me a wall oven too wide and too short after salesperson said it would fit. Had to fight to get a refund which cost me to return (won’t give full refund) and now have to physically bring it back because their 3rd party pick-up won’t come back out to my home. Manager Cameron is more apologies than resolution. Carpet sales over ordered which I had to pay for. Installer brought the extras to my new home and was able to carpet 3 additional bedrooms. Horrible! I am done with Home Depot.

Bought lumber and got to the job site and found it had been used before. It was cut and had holes throughout the piece of lumber. Couldn’t do the project. Lost the job

Every time I go in like the fact that it’s clean in and outside. It’s always easy to find what I need and stuff i don’t need as well. The workers are cool and super helpful.

I was standing around waiting for employee to help me with questions I had.. very short handed..and to top it off the girl at the self checkout was soooo rude that I will drive all the way to carpenter location from now on

We had a wonderful interaction with an employee near their Christmas section. She helped us trying to find the item we were looking for. They didn’t have it in stock but she did help us look at if another store had it which they did.

The loading zone were amazing with my orders and had knowledge of what they were doing. Along with the customer service center with being flexible with my order pick ups. Great job!
