This store is conveniently located and does have a friendly feel when shopping. One complaint is it is often difficult to find sales clerk on the floor to help you. When you do find a clerk, they are always friendly in my experience eager to help. Good luck finding someone though as you may have to walk the store for a long while. If you know what you want and don't have questions, it's a joy to shop here.

People were friendly I was waited on by a new employee and found she had staff to help quickly by experienced employees. I was also helped by an experienced employee who treated me with respect and seemed to have a genuine concern about my experience at Home Depot.

We dealt with 2 employees at this store. Both were very rude like we were putting them out. 1. By requesting merchandise from the top shelf because the one that was available on the floor was missing parts. 2. By the cashier that told us that the store only offers military discounts on special holidays and didn't know why we thought he deserved one. The Queensbury, ny store told us if yoi sdk for it and have proof of service it is always given.

There has not been once I could not find what I was looking for in this store-And there has not been once that I have came out with a empty bag---And it does not take much for me to get carried away with putting things in my shopping cart-Great to have a store like this close by..

Every time I have been to this store I have actually felt welcomed by the employees. They are extremely polite, personable yet professional. During one visit I was very shocked how one employee spent a lot of time helping me find an item which was in stock, according to their inventory records, but not located where it was supposed to be. She finally found the item which I really needed that day!

If building it's good..but the plants aren't organic and you sell too much poison like round up...plus you keep your bird food in the same aisle as your poison

No one around to help. Employees ignore that there are customers in the store. Run when they see you and are annoyed when you corner them. When you do ask a question, they can't answer it.

There were a few rough spots years ago with this store but it has made a huge turn-a-round. However..... Home Depot (Not this store's rules) will NOT permit the usage of a Veterans Discount if you order on-line and pick up in the store. This limits the Veterans ability to order things and use the discount.

I was extremely pleased with the customer service provided by the representative, Susan. Susan helped me pick out appliances, within my price range, of the best quality and suitability for my needs. She explored discounts and rebates and was very knowledgeable about the products. Susan was very professional and made the process smooth without any pressure to by more expensive models.

WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS STORE? NEVER ENOUGH EMPLOYEES TO HEL OUT THE CUSTOMERS. THE OTHER DAY THEY HAD TO PULL A GUY AWAY FROM ANOTHER AREA TO MIX PAINT. THE POOR MAN CAN HARDLY SEE, BUT HE TRIED. I DROVE 30 MILES FOR 2 ITEMS WHICH THE HD WEBSITE SAID WERE IN STOCK, THEY WERE NOT! THE REGISTER SCANNERS DO NOT WORK PROPERLY AND HAVE NOT WORKED CORRECTLY FOR A LONG TIME. THE CHIP READERS DO NOT WORK EITHER, THERE IS ALWAYS SOME EXCUSE AS TO WHY THEY DON'T WORK. THEY TRY AND BLAME IT ON OUR CARDS, BUT THIS IS THE ONLY STORE THAT MY CARD DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. WHERE IS THE MANAGER> MAYBE IT'S TIME FOR A NEW MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent customer service from the kitchen design personnel. The kitchen designer demonstrated expertise in the field of kitchen design and spent a considerable amount of time on the cabinet selection and working within budget.

Close to home and the staff and the abundance of products with brand names. Prices very good and I like the flyers in the mail. Also going on line when I need to look up the products I'm looking for. Thanks Keep up the good work

This store has gone from one extreme to the other. Used to be you couldn't walk in without being greeted and having 5 more associates ask if you needed help before you got a few aisles in. Now, there's no staff to be found anywhere. I often leave with few or none of the things on my list because I can't find them or, when I do, the aisle is closed with no staff around. If there were a competitor nearby, I'd go there but this is the only game in town.

I tried to apply my military discount to a couple of orders and was totolthey couldn't apply to online orders. I explained i had done this before to a couple of orders and was still referred

This store does not have enough personal to open on time in some of their departments. What is worse they don't seem to care. The product quality is substandard to their competition and I have concluded shopping at Home Depot is not worth the few pennies that might be saved. There is no assistance than can be given for not being able to open the garden dept. or even the gate so a customer doesn't have to push a heavy loaded cart through the store to be able to load into their vehicle.
