Great FRIENDLY Customer Service, clean, organized, well stocked store

Any one who knows, gutting and rebuilding is not easy and is frustrating at times, but going here has taken so much of that away. We have gone to their "competitor" but as far as we are concerned there is NO "COMPETITION," We have been able to easily find what we need on our own and their Excellent Staff is always around to offer assistance. So great to see in tough times they have a Great number of staff always there.

Home Depot manager goes above and beyond!

I had purchased an appliance with an extended warranty. The warranty company was not responsive nor was it fulfilling the protection plan it offered. A manager at the Queensbury, NY, store, Nikki, listened to my situation and resolved it for me within a matter weeks. I had been trying for two years! I will not hesitate to ask for the assistance of the store's management team should I need it in the future.
