I was very satisfied with the overall of the store and employees

I had the best Home Depot experience ever. And, I have always enjoyed the friendly service at different Home Depot stores around the metro. Today's experience beat them all! Friendly service, quick assistance with a smile, in the isle and at the register. Kudos to both ladies that assisted me!

The store was clean and neat. I was shopping for a washer and dryer. The associate who worked with me was very helpful and made this a great experience for me. She explained different machines to me and was very knowledgeable about the different brands which helped me with my decision on which set to buy. All of the other associates we met in different areas of the store were very friendly and offered help if needed.

Store employees were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient.

The person in paint was super knowledgeable and friendly. The cashier, if that’s what you call them, in self checkout was not.

Store is clean and maintained. Paint department, Landscaping and Roofing departments are friendly and helpful.

Store was great. Service was great. Marketing on appliance sales is misleading. Customers think they are going to get 10% more off the price marked but actually the discount is included in the price (appliances over $398).

Fast friendly sales person did his best to help me out and the door department. But the software seems to be a little bit Out of date. Options are available through your cell phone that are not available In the software at the store. Anderson needs to do a better job

This store is top notch in my opinion. If you stop an employee to ask for help, they are always willing to do so. If it isn't their area of expertise they will get the right person there immediately. Cashiers are friendly and happy to help. Customer service is never flinching or grimacing when the see you coming. They're more than happy to help load big items, and the pickup at store ability is great! My customer experience with these folks is always awesome, even when I have to return something. Everything is clean, well marked... I just can't ask for a better place to get supplies for my projects. Thanks Home Depot! Great job!

We had a phenomenal experience at your store in the appliance area when looking for a new washer and dryer. Aaron did an excellent job of explaining different options, and giving us the information we needed to feel comfortable with our $5000 purchases. The store was clean and the staff seemed friendly. Lawn and Garden center employees were extremely helpful in helping me load a cart with what I needed and loaded my car for me without being asked. They were very polite, friendly, and helpful.

This is a convenient and well stock store where there is always helpful staff.

Home depot is my go to. They have every thing I need. Prices are reasonable also.

Colette and store manager Chad were very helpful when I needed a new fridge so I could get back to caring for my husband who was undergoing chemo 3 hours away when my old fridge quit. On top of that, our basement flooded from the heavy rains and I was not having a good day! Colette was very comforting and arranged for my fridge to be delivered the next day so I could get back to the hospital and take my husband home after his treatment. The Olathe Home Depot is the best!

Store is well-organized, clean, and always stocked. Employees are very helpful. I visit the store regualrly and I always love coming back.
