Love the place, near to home, friendly staffs. This is my 16 y.o. son's favorite store.

Rob in Power tools is outstanding customer svc. He assured that I got the right item, and even assisted me with an item in another dept. He could have easily told me it's in the paint dept, row 40. Nope, he took me right to the item and explained the difference of the 4 similar products. Thanks Rob, great job. Very Professional and very appreciated.

Overall, clean and helpful staff!

The times I have needed help getting something loaded in my vehicle, specifically concrete, it is either not there or if they are there seem to avoid helping. I am 67, have back problems and it just seems so sad that I need to request help while someone is standing right there. And, if I wanted to get my own concrete, the closest pallets had broken bags and they need to get the pallets on the row behind brought forward sooner. Nearly all the closest pallets were empty, and the next pallets back weren't unwrapped to be able get the bags if you wanted to. I can understand there will be a problem once in a while, but, for some reason this store seems to be lagging on customer service lately. I do not like going here if I don't have to.

They are amazing! The Best Service ever! Rhonda is very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. Her willingness to go above and beyond to help us was refreshing and amazing. She gave us various options & recommendations. Ms. Donna is polite and experienced with different home improvement projects. Krzysztof initially engaged with us. He was cool & informative. Everyone that helped us gave us excellent service. We'll be back. Thank you!

How do I get someone who cares about the HD on Sandy Plains Rd. and Shallowford to contact me so I can talk to a live person on working there in order to get things done and make shopping there pleasurable again. Unfortunately, the new people are not interested in the Customers, just collecting a paycheck. Hopefully somebody reads these comments and will make an effort to call me as I feel you are discriminating by hiring all young people who could care less. Will Await your call but not for long as I need to feed my family.

I know you need people and you are hiring but the people you hire are mostly younger and inexperienced. I have 4X times the experience in several areas yet you do not want me to work there, I feel you are discriminating due to age. What does it take to get an honest person a job at a store that needs reliable help??

Store representative Gary A. was quick to assist us with a predicament in obtaining a product that was in scarce quantity and because of the pandemic and our health status, we were prevented from retrieving the item at the store itself. While curbside is a great feature offered by Home Depot, this store's distance from us made it impractical. Gary arranged to have the item shipped to us via UPS and literally saved us money and time in trying to locate the item elsewhere under far more complicated and expensive conditions. He made phone contact with us as promised at each point of the process necessary, sold us the item by phone, packaged the item and prepared it for pickup through UPS. While this is not customary for Home Depot, Gary made sure that it was made available in our case. We wish to not only commend Gary for his help well above and beyond but recognition of Home Depot in general for their staffing selection and training protocols that time and again make Home Depot the number one Home Improvement Center. Home Depot has been our go-to source for home improvement products for years and it's because they are consistent in their service and product availability, together with the fact that the layout of their stores are customer-intuitive rather than staff-intuitive. This feature makes shopping at Home Depot a pleasure and greatly reduces time when we're often in a hurry to get what we need.

This store stocks a lot of items that you cannot find elsewhere.

The store was very busy at the time, but an older gentleman associate offered help on the fly, and correctly directed me to what I was searching for (speciality metric nuts, washers, etc.) I didn’t see a name tag, but he wears his mask over his mouth and not over his nose.

Thais was very helpful in the kitchen department. She was a joy to work with and made the process of ordering appliances easy. Thank you!!

I have a heart condition that does not allow me to lift much. Suzanne at the Pro desk went above and beyond to help me find the products I needed and even picked them up and put them on the cart. And then she helped load them into the cargo van I was driving. Thanks for a very pleasant experience.

We just relocated to the area and I have been visiting this store more often than I would normally. The store is very clean and everyone has been very helpful at this location during all my visits. Great team!!

Clean, friendly helpful service. I love my Home Depot

I visited the store to return 2 curtain rods and buy the same kind but different color. The cashier who processed my return gave me $63.53 cash back. I immediately went to the blinds isle and picked out 2 rods then tools aisle and got an allen wrench. While I was checking out at the self checkout, I scanned in my items plus a home depot coupon. My total was $65.61. I inserted 3 $20 bills and 6 $1s (used cash from the return and from my purse since I had to add about $3). Then machine beeped for assistance. I needed to use a home depot card with the coupon. I told the cashier I don't have my card but they can look it up. She voided my sale and asked to go to a cashier. I asked for my $66 back. It wasn't showing. It took them 30-40 minutes to view the video on their camera, then finally opened the machine and gave me back my money. The manager took a picture of my driver's license even after looking at the video with asset management. What is the protocol in this case? Wouldn't the first choice be to open the machine to look for the denomination that I inserted? Why go through videos on your camera and taking pictures of my driver's license? The manager used his cell phone. That is not even safe. Now my information is out there. What is the protocol? I want to know. Makes me wonder if I would have been treated differently if I was another color, I'm just saying!

Why don't you have a "floater" outside helping people with propane tanks, grills, etc.? I ALWAYS have to go back into the store for help even though the cashier pages someone to help me but he/she no shows. It was a nice evening so weather was not an issue.

If you ever need a consistently friendly and well stocked store then this is the best one around. It is convenient and clean and the Staff are consistently caring to satisfy my shopping needs-whether I need a difficult question answered or I just need to be directed to an appropriate area this Marietta Home Depot is a fun place to shop for all of my home improvement needs.

I was approached by a nice Really tall gentleman who guided me to the light switches he asked if I needed help finding anything before I had a chance to ask. And Madison the cashier was great. She was super personable even through her mask and the plexiglass barrier at checkout. The signs were beautifully done and the store was so organized. I was really impressed. This must have been such hard work.
