Very clean store with friendly employees!

I can't say enough about the lady in the paint department, she was so helpful & knowledgeable about paint. I knew I wanted a purple paint but she explained the difference between hues, shades, etc. I got the exact color I was looking for & my granddaughter loves her newly painted room.

The employees tried to help me but were unable to complete transaction.

Enjoyed the friendly customer service that was provided during my visit. The store was very clean and the products were easily found. All the associates were very helpful.

I have shopped at many Home Depot stores but this one is my favorite. The employees are friendly and helpful. They are always there if I need help. This particular store is cleaner and more organized than some of the other stores nearby. The staff are always happy and appear to love their job. That's why I like to shop there.

Skilled employees. Many familiar with alternative deck support systems. Saved me $60!

I love this store, It is my 'go to' place for all fix it jobs, flowers, bird seeds, painting, lighting, you name it Home Depot has it all and the people are so very helpful!

Rob with the grey beard and Liz near the checkout in the garden center deliver the best, it is not my job no customer service I have ever experienced. If you would like no help and babble... they are the folks to ask for help. Now Nancy Evans, Jerome and Cinice saved the day! They stepped up and helped me when they saw what was going on... if it was not for them, the rating would be zero stars.

Very much prefer this store over the Roswell store which is closer to my home. Everyone is ALWAYS extremely friendly and helpful. We especially appreciate Darlene. Would love to see better management of the loading area... was great when it was controlled but now it's back to a free-for-all with inconsiderate people parking to shop.

Hire Better Staff

This store has lacked when it comes to customer service for years. Finding someone to help you here is a bit hit or miss. They've also had a revolving door of managers which probably seems to be an underlying issue. Great location in Cobb but service needs an overhaul.

Employees at this location are terrific. I shop here fairly often and have noticed a tremendous improvement over the last 6 months. Same for product availability.

The employees were polite and helpful especially Ana on register #1. Ana was personable, authentically pleasant and accommodating. She made me smile and gave me a friendly small store experience in a large box store setting. Ana is valuable asset to the Home Depot Brand and should be commended as such.
