I was able to witness two older customers who were asking for help with getting products moved and loaded questioned instead of someone just helping. It was hard to believe that people being paid to help, would rather put it back on the customer.

Associates generally know issue or can point to the expert

I thought I had an impossible task to find a specific screw to replace one in my car that I dropped and couldn't find. I had an associate help me find what I needed, even though my entire purchase was only $2.57!

Mitch was wonderful in appliances! As a new homeowner he was patient and knowledgeable. I chose to not shop at another store because of his salesmanship!

I love this store because of the employees. They are always friendly and very helpful. I usually find exactly what I need here.

Home Depot on Sandy zplains is a wonderful store with very helpful associates.

This morning I had such a great experience at the Sandy Plains location. Staff was patient and cared about helping me find my items.

When you need it and don't have a lot of time to look around, this is the Home Depot to choose.

I always find what I'm looking for and if not an employee will guide me to the right location in the store. I've had nothing but good experiences at this store and their return policy is great!!!

Mr. Miles helped me get the ietm that was not on the shelves. Normally I get a response that it will take a long time to replenish the stocks. Last time the store associate asked me to order online!!!! Not this time. Thanks to Mr. Miles, I got the item I was looking for. Left the store very satisfied.

Rob in Power tools is outstanding customer svc. He assured that I got the right item, and even assisted me with an item in another dept. He could have easily told me it's in the paint dept, row 40. Nope, he took me right to the item and explained the difference of the 4 similar products. Thanks Rob, great job. Very Professional and very appreciated.

Overall, clean and helpful staff!

The times I have needed help getting something loaded in my vehicle, specifically concrete, it is either not there or if they are there seem to avoid helping. I am 67, have back problems and it just seems so sad that I need to request help while someone is standing right there. And, if I wanted to get my own concrete, the closest pallets had broken bags and they need to get the pallets on the row behind brought forward sooner. Nearly all the closest pallets were empty, and the next pallets back weren't unwrapped to be able get the bags if you wanted to. I can understand there will be a problem once in a while, but, for some reason this store seems to be lagging on customer service lately. I do not like going here if I don't have to.

They are amazing! The Best Service ever! Rhonda is very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. Her willingness to go above and beyond to help us was refreshing and amazing. She gave us various options & recommendations. Ms. Donna is polite and experienced with different home improvement projects. Krzysztof initially engaged with us. He was cool & informative. Everyone that helped us gave us excellent service. We'll be back. Thank you!

How do I get someone who cares about the HD on Sandy Plains Rd. and Shallowford to contact me so I can talk to a live person on working there in order to get things done and make shopping there pleasurable again. Unfortunately, the new people are not interested in the Customers, just collecting a paycheck. Hopefully somebody reads these comments and will make an effort to call me as I feel you are discriminating by hiring all young people who could care less. Will Await your call but not for long as I need to feed my family.

I know you need people and you are hiring but the people you hire are mostly younger and inexperienced. I have 4X times the experience in several areas yet you do not want me to work there, I feel you are discriminating due to age. What does it take to get an honest person a job at a store that needs reliable help??
