REYN AND SARAH SAVED DAY WHEN I NEEDED 24 FEET OF FLOOR RUNNER QUICK FOR MY NEWLY ADOPTED GREYHOUND. AFRAID OF HARD SHINY FLOORS SHE GETS FREAKED AND HER DINNER COMES US UP. POOR THING! THE ONLY ANSWER WAS FLOOR RUNNERS FOR MY ENTIRE APARTMENT, REYN SUGGESTED AN ECONOMICAL AREA RUNG FOR LESS THAN $18 THAT I COULD CUT INTO THE WIDTHS I NEEDED. MY DOG IS CALMER AND SO AM I.

I was making my first DIY project and besides playing Minecraft with the kids I had no clue what I was doing. While I have the ability to intuitively think about what I needed Ricardo and others were amazingly patient. When I walked out I had everything I needed. Their advice and willingness to spend time with me help me get the job done right the first time.

I would like to take the opportunity to shine a light on the supervisor of the kitchen and bath department named Alvery Estevez. Today my husband and I had been to home depot on more than one occasion trying to fix the bath tub fixtures that were leaking. We spoke to one rep who showed us the fixtures that were available but because our house is over 80 years old none of them would accommodate our bathroom fixtures without real work. We were advised that we would need to remodel the entire bathroom several times. The second time we came back to home depot Alvery volunteered to come to our home which is a few blocks away and he took photos of the fixtures and measurements to assist us with our problem. Upon returning to the store not only did he say we could purchase any fixture we desired, but he assisted us with putting the proper fitting and extra piping we needed together so that we could be able to replace our leaking faucets without any major work. Alvery also showed us to the drywall that we needed and even pointed out the proper nails to ensure that our DIY project got done without any big hangups. I just wanted to give a sincere word of thanks to him for going above and beyond to assist us in our home project and recommend that he be promoted/ acknowledged for his generosity, hard work, and commitment to ensure that all of his customers at home depot leave with the excellent customer service that he provides on a consistent basis. The work ethic he has is something that could be used on many levels, and if given the opportunity I feel that he would do an excellent job at managing/assisting other coworkers and team members to posses the drive, dedication and commitment to the cause that he has to ensure that all of your customers leave with the highest level of customer service that your store can provide. I needed to install blinds to every window in my new home. Anna Kirch helped me find each of the blinds I needed, and cut them for me then and there. If I had purchased them online, I would have had to be without blinds for atleast a week or two, so I am very thankful that Anna was willing and able to cut them all for me. She was very patient, taking her time to measure each blind after she cut them to verify they were the correct width. I wish every Home Depot employee was even half as helpful as Anna! This is not the closest store to where I live (West Allis), but I plan to drive the extra distance to shop at this store in the future.

I found some great deals in the windows and door department, that surpassed some of the other local big box building stores. Plus, I was able to get an additional 11% rebate as a price match. The store management is great to work with if there are any questions or concerns. The employees were very helpful.

Staff was very helpful and took the time to help me figure out my project.

Holt Ave store was neat and clean, the aisles were clear and I was able to get in and out quickly. The staff helped me find products and checking out at the cashier was quick, EZ and friendly.

Please stop putting so much stuff in the isles. It is not easy to move around them with your carts

This is day number 5 with no ship-lap on the sales floor, aside from the 10-14 pieces that have been there for the last 5 days. I scanned the UPC and it stated that there are over 96 in stock. Look down the lumber aisle... yep there they are just sitting there on the top shelf. It is apparent the Graham needs to reevaluate his team leads and other managers. Having items on the sales floor in stock is customer service and 7 out of 10 times this location drops the ball (and that is being generous). How am I supposed to buy product when it isn't out for sale? Having 96 of something in stock for 5 days.... I know I am not the only one buying this items- how much have you lost in sales just in this one small little thing? Please restock... you have 96 of them in your overstock!

Typical experience again at this Home Depot. While my 1st complaint I had appeared to be rectified with more in stock lumber- that only lasted a few short days. I went in the last three days looking for ship-lap. The ones on the floor were beyond usable condition, anyone can see that it doesn't take a genius. I shouldn't have to go grab an employee to stock items that should have already been taken care of the last three days. I see dozens of employees walk through that store every day and it appears to me that they have no ambition to do a simple job. My patients is growing tired....
