The ease of getting around the store and finding products is a real plus. I like the self-checkout options but appreciate when a cashier opened a lane to help other people waiting behind me in line.

Never go to Sarah & Southside Holt . When it come to people with disabilities (Deaf,Hard of Hearing & Speech Impairment) Sarah will give you the run around like she understood what you tried to say & you leave store puzzles still confused!!

I was helped with such care, it was like going back in time, when everyone was so nice to each other, great experience.

Jose in Lawn and Garden was very helpful, patient and nice with a smile when assisting me.

This store never has anything in stock but always has homeless thieves willing to sell you tools cheap in the parking lot.

I went to this shop for find steel rods for my shop and I asked to a lady on the store aisles and she was very courteous with me, she took me to the place where these products were. Finally the cashier was so kind and friendly too. Very good experience, is hard to find friendly people today in USA and people who like to work too..

The customer service in this store is not existent.

I went to the store to buy construction materials and other miscellaneous. Very helpful staff, found all the I was looking for and good prices.

We just bought a house and Lisa the employee helped us two days in a row when we came in for our home projects. She was kind and saw we were confused and approached us to see if we needed anything. Give her a raise y’all she’s a great gosh darn employee.

This Home Depot has hardly anything in stock. A few employees are helpful, but the rest pretend you're not there. The last time I went, I waited five minutes while the cashier chatted with another employee. I began to ring up my items myself, then she hurried over and told me I couldn't do that.

I have shopped at this Home Depot many times and have always been very pleased. Customer service is always superb!! Employees are professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have always found what I needed and am pleased with products. If they did’t have something in stock ordering process was easy and efficient!

I have always enjoyed shopping at Home depot.

I live close to this store so in a crunch I run there but have been shopping elsewhere more often. Pros: good product list and the staff are often so knowledgeable and helpful. These things are critical and they get it right. Cons: the store is so overpacked with random aisle displays that sometimes it's impossible to literally walk down them if more than one person has a cart. An employee actually gated me away from a shelf as I was looking at an item to buy so they could do some forklift thing and told me it would "just take a minute." It didn't and I waited long enough and just left (store manager? Please don't have your staff interrupt a purchasing opportunity, pls). And check out is a mess, with people just not paying attention and cutting lines - not that anyone knows where to line up (store manager? Pls put down some wayfinding tape) and it's pretty much only self check out which people have a hard time with. Anyway, I don't get why HD makes it challenging to shop there if they want to make money.

I needed carpeting for a rental property. Home Depot has good prices, and the process to order was surprisingly easy. Jose was a great help. I recommend this store.

Employees are helpful and I enjoy the atmosphere. It seems everyone is welcome here and they don't talk down to you.

Very convenient since it’s next to the grocery store, but you never know what kind of employee/cashier you’re going to get that day. People are either helpful, or wrapped up in their own conversations and just want to get to the next person so they can continue their conversations. They’ll bypass your wanting an electronic receipt because it’s easier for them to just print. And no one seems to like to take responsibility for their errors and help the customer. I’ll just go to the next closest location.

I had an issue purchasing a patio set. The employee at this store went above and beyond to rectify the issue and provided the best customer service I've seen in decades!
