great service and team there. always happy, cheerful, and helpful

I often shop here. Most of the time I'm in and out and don't require assistance. This time I purchased $20K of Milgard Windows and Doors and needed the help of one of the store's Millwork Specialist. Michael Pearson worked with me over several weeks to get the order perfect and ensure I got the best price. Michael has a lot of knowledge and was very helpful. Thank you Home Depot

I had a great experience picking up items I needed at the Seaside, CA. Home Depot on 1/12/2021. The doors that I returned went real smooth. I was fortuned enough to sit down with Michael Pearson and design the doors that I need. He made the process effortlessly which gave me more time to shop for a few more items. Every employee with an orange apron on offered assistance if you walked by them. Excellent service!

This is a great store very helpful associates and cashiers. Management is great too. Isaiah, Robert and atore manager Mike are very professional and helpful when needed. Products are also available in all departments. Thank you CASHIERS for coming to work and being essential workers to be there for us DIYers and contractors. THANK YOU! Thank you for the cleaning g of each registers in between shoppers and masks available for us.

This is a great store because of the employees are very helpful and don't wait to be asked but are very proactive and checking with the customers to see if we need help, to me this says the managers are doing a good job and is my favorite Home Depot store . Keep up the good work.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and usually well stocked

The store has friendly help but it is not always knowledgeable. Sales associates seem often only to know what is in their department and cannot direct me elsewhere. Nevertheless, the sales associates try to be helpful. For example,I was looking for premixed stucco patch which should be a common item in plain view display. A Sales associate was able to fish out what I wanted rfroma small stock hidden way below everything else on display on the lowest shelf. I sometimes do not find the products I want easily.

Thanks to Cesar who helped us to take apart the new BBQ we bought at the store. Our car is very small and his help and professionalism were exceptional. His service went above and beyond. Cesar, you're the best! Thanks again.

Helpful, courteous staff

I may not be one of your big accounts, or spend what you may consider to be a lot of money. I'm a small business owner with myself and up to 2 employees at any given time. But having shopped other home improvement stores or even a home depot that may be more convenient than seaside, I'm sure to plan ahead, go out of my way to purchase what I need, because the employees in seaside go out of their way to ensure a positive and problem free experience.

I have shopped every Home Depot from Eureka Visalia and most in between. Thrift store by far has exceeded customer satisfaction friendliness that is very well kept. Are the most helpful as a team not just one or two individuals. I have taken a few minutes of my day take your survey oh, I ask that you take a couple of minutes from your day to call guys like Isaiah Tammi Patty is another one I could go on and on please acknowledge their efforts thank you in advance

Always leave happy with what I need and helps to have friendly staff. Restrooms always clean as well. Much appreciated.

I have never received a warmer welcome or felt cared for like family as much as I did shopping at this store my first weekend home after moving back to the Penninsula. Everyone had great ideas when faced with my tough questions and was genuinely excited for me about the projects I took on, going the extra mile to help me get started. They never doubted my ability or made me feel like they were just doing their job. I honestly feel like I made real friends and have experts I can trust there to provide enthusiasm or creative and thoughtful solutions. I look forward to going back and referring my friends and family because I trust they will have the same experience. Driving away I felt uplifted and ready to face the day - like leaving the salon - so much so I had to call and write to thank them, too, because they really made my day!

Employees are Professional, kind, respectable, knowledgeable , helpful and quick service. I recommend Seaside Home Depot to shop. You find merchandise with quick friendly service.

Jaqueline L. went above and beyond with her customer service for my purchase. When I arrived to pick up my item, the clerks were quick and efficient. All staff I encountered were friendly and polite. The products were not as obvious for me to find and several employees offered assistance. The store was clean and orderly. The bathrooms were also very clean.

I was very impressed by Eric. He was so friendly and personable. He was of great assistance to me. I was treated like a highly valued customer by Eric.

I would recommend this store as the team is professional and friendly. I do want to say how useless the Pro Xtra reward program is. Doesn't anyone see any benefits from it? if so, post it. what are you getting?

Easy to find the department I needed. Excellent variety and quantities. I did not require assistance but I felt comfortable I could ask if I needed to. Liked that I could shop, look at everything and read labels. Clean store. Check out was pleasant, friendly and quick.
