VERY HELPFUL EMPLOYEES

I have never received a warmer welcome or felt cared for like family as much as I did shopping at this store my first weekend home after moving back to the Penninsula. Everyone had great ideas when faced with my tough questions and was genuinely excited for me about the projects I took on, going the extra mile to help me get started. They never doubted my ability or made me feel like they were just doing their job. I honestly feel like I made real friends and have experts I can trust there to provide enthusiasm or creative and thoughtful solutions. I look forward to going back and referring my friends and family because I trust they will have the same experience. Driving away I felt uplifted and ready to face the day - like leaving the salon - so much so I had to call and write to thank them, too, because they really made my day!

Employees are Professional, kind, respectable, knowledgeable , helpful and quick service. I recommend Seaside Home Depot to shop. You find merchandise with quick friendly service.

Jaqueline L. went above and beyond with her customer service for my purchase. When I arrived to pick up my item, the clerks were quick and efficient. All staff I encountered were friendly and polite. The products were not as obvious for me to find and several employees offered assistance. The store was clean and orderly. The bathrooms were also very clean.

I was very impressed by Eric. He was so friendly and personable. He was of great assistance to me. I was treated like a highly valued customer by Eric.

I would recommend this store as the team is professional and friendly. I do want to say how useless the Pro Xtra reward program is. Doesn't anyone see any benefits from it? if so, post it. what are you getting?

Easy to find the department I needed. Excellent variety and quantities. I did not require assistance but I felt comfortable I could ask if I needed to. Liked that I could shop, look at everything and read labels. Clean store. Check out was pleasant, friendly and quick.

the store did a good job with the covid-19 safety precautions, to include WELL ORGANIZED LINE at the entrance, however many of the employees were not wearing masks

Went in to buy a vanity sink and while we were paying I realized it would be hassle putting it in to our vehicle so my dad asked our cashier if there’s anyone who can help us and she said she would check. Marcia was her name, we followed her out where there were at least 4 other male employees she hugs one of them turns around and starts telling us no one can help us put anything in our car because we could turn around sue them for any “damage” end result we struggled a lot getting the vanity into our car ourselves. Worst horrible customer service from this Marcia employee. It honestly felt discrimination from her.

For such a busy high volume store, these associates give it their all and it shows in their demeanor and on the shelves. Everything is accessible, organized, and clean to say the least.

Good store. Spaces too tight and crowded with stuff. Difficult to get around. Employees excellent. No problems there.

I don't know if this is a problem with the store but with the delivery service. I was never call the day before delivery, a four window. I try tracking my refrigerator using text and Home Depot website. NO SUCCESS. They could not recognize my phone number or zip code. This need to be corrected.

We were at this store on a busy Sunday with our dog and everyone was super sweet and helpful. We really do love coming to this store and so does our dog!

I addressed my satisfaction with the Seaside Home Depot earlier in the survey. My Overall rating is excellent. The store was clean and the associates were very friendly and helpful.

The staff makes you feel at home. They are there to be certain you get what you need and exactly what you need.

This store has really stepped up! Clean and well organized. Lots of knowledgeable staff on hand. Everyone we dealt with had a great attitude. There is a real and obvious effort on their part to improve the shopping experience.

Good customer service. Most floor associates helpful with good attitudes. Self checkout associates very good particularly Barbara and Joann.

Unless you have a lot of money to spend. On the Monterey peninsula you're stuck shopping at home Depot seaside. It's a store that really hates you they really hate to make contact with customers. they resent you asking for parts that they don't have but should have on their shells they treat you like crap as you try and walk through the store and they have to walk through there aisles with forklifts and little squeaky flagman that are really jerks the kind of guys that just talked to do all day long do you know the type there Oliver home Depot. A horrible store. Really off the charts in bad customer service.

I very Happy coming into the store in the early morning because if Lizzett is there then i know i am in good hands

I needed to exchange an item and Jafar at the returns desk was very helpful. He was patient and provided a number of alternatives until we were able to identify the issue with the product. I've had poor experiences location in the past, so I was pleasantly surprised to have such excellent service from Jafar.
