What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We deliver curbside and you can order online for convenient store pickup daily until 6 p.m. Here's how:
- Buy Online and choose the "Store Pickup" option on the product page or in your cart.
- Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email or text message letting you know that it's ready to pick up.
- Go to designated Curbside Pickup location at The Home Depot store you selected and follow the instructions received in your email or text notification for Curbside Pickup. Let us know you have arrived by selecting the link in your "Order Ready" communication. Remember to bring your identification.

THE REMOVAL OF THE CASHIERS AND ADDING ALL SELF SERVICE CHECK OUTS IS TERRIBLE. THIS PUTS ALL OF THE RESPONSIBILITY ON THE CONSUMER TO SPEND UNNECESSARY TIME PAYING FOR ITEMS. THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS HOME DEPOT ARE STILL GREAT, BUT HOME DEPOT IS SAVING MONEY AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CONSUMER.

GREAT STORE EXPERIENCE!!
After 2 trips back and forth to Soquel, CA store dragging an extremely heavy shower kit, which this time exchanged even after 5 months & which had shattered into a million jagged pieces this morning, this store's employees went so completely above and beyond my expectations. Not only did they waive the delivery charge but delivered the new kit to my home within the hour. I am so overwhelmed!! I can't recommend this store highly enough. Home Depot in Soquel: You guys rock n roll!!! I will oh so definitely be back!!!
