I bought my carpet yesterday and I love the quality and elegance of the carpet.

Bob C is spectacular. He has been extremely helpful in answering my many questions and provided much needed guidance as I confirmed my Kraft-maid order. His attention to detail and immediate follow up is outstanding.

I bought a cook stove and refrigerator at the Somerset, MA store and worked with Bob Chartier in appliances and he was great to work with. I was very happy with my purchase and how I was treated.

I just wanna say that this guy was a true professional coming to my house and delivering my wood. He deserves five stars all day long. Very kind very pleasant. Home Depot needs a lot more employees like this that’s for sure.

The passed month I’ve ordered a special order storm door and recently a hot water dispenser. Both were great service in store and service desk were the young lady had to order the item cause you no longer carry it in tstore. Both great experience.

I wish there were more sizes of door as in stock

Customer service was great but they didn't have any beach chairs so I had to order it online and getting delivered to my home.

A man named Josh from lumber asked me if I needed help ? He walked me through my options and walked me to the Pro desk for my purchase. Answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. Awesome

I knew what I needed to buy and the pro desk quickly worked with me to place my order, determine a delivery date. Delivery was on time, courteous and helpful!

We have shopped there for a long time, today an employee refused to help us load our mulch into our truck. We are both in our 70"s, but the employee Dave ended up getting my husband very upset, and Dave yelled at my husband also. Very bad trip there today.

I've used this location for decades and am never disappointed. Good selection of products at a sensible cost. Almost all of my home improvement projects have been purchased through this location. Very grateful for military discounts.

Ordered some flooring materials for online pickup.I headed to the store a few hours after I received the text saying my order was ready. Went to customer service, was directed to pro services and assured my order would be right out. 45 minutes and multiple requests for assistance the manger finally comes out and asks if he can help loading my items, which I had yet to receive. Overall disappointed with the time wasted waiting around.

You should have a better system for gift cards. Don't make it easy for a thief . Lock them up.

Awful experience purchasing and receiving new lawn mower. Came with no key or manual, dead battery, and then when finally up and running, the. Key came off deck 3 times. No real recourse or satisfactory resolution. Told me I could purchase different machine in store that would be $600 more and take 3-4 weeks to receive. But offered $100 off for my troubles 👀

I purchased some construction goods for my home on 10/2. I did not use a Home depot Credit Card or account or choose to have an email reciept. I used my own personal card. A day after I receive a request , via email, to rate the service for my visit???? How did they get my email? Why is Home Depot tracking me? What's going on here Home Depot?

Generally the store is clean and stocked but they is seldom enough help

Find a variety of choices of the item I was looking for!

Every time I go to this home Depot I always find what I need and never have any problems with the items. Including all items I had to order and get delivered, refrigerator, stove, deep freezer ect. BUUUUUT the problem with this store is try and find help try to get advice from anyone. Good luck to you
