I bought the Gorilla Ladder and it is the best purchase I've made in a Long Time. I also had a wonderful cashier named Teresa who is AWESOME!!

I was easily able. To locate an associate who could direct me to where I needed to go. Everyone was pleasant & polite that I encountered

I had a bad experience at the store at first. I was told to come and pick up a product but it was not ready the next day and was not even on the shelves. The situation was bad but a clerk named Logan corrected the situation. He called the manager, found the product in the yard, trucked it, and loaded my car. He turned a disastrous situation into a good one. He was calm and professional. The store should be happy to have Logan in its employ. Give the kid a raise.

Store manager has an interesting managing style. Spends his entire day in his office looking up New England Revolution stats. Only time his associates see him is when he comes in, goes out to his vehicle for lunch or when he is leaving for the day. This corner office fat arss managing style is extremely unrealistic and the DM must be as lazy as he is to allow this to go on day after day.

Great customer service team at this store! Also they carry alot more items than other home depot's. Top notch in my opinion.

Store #2605 Somerset fully stocked and ready for all your Spring projects - I waited last year and the onslaught happens fast once the temperatures start climbing - won’t happen this year !!! Associates are ready to assist - had no problems yesterday

2/21/21 1140 am theresa really helped me i did not think i would get a card but she treated me with dignity i felt respected i applied and to my amazement i got one which btw helped me finish my bathroom renovation needs without giving up groceries it was her way of treating me with dignity that allowed this i dont care if i win i just want her to please be recognized ty teresa forever grateful hope that i can pay you back someday!!!!

The store carries a variety of items and more often than not you can get what you came for. This store was out of a stain I was looking for. There were ladders and carts blocking some aisles, particularly in the lighting section. The choice of lighting wasn't great, and many items in that department were not available. Not one employee asked if they could help me. The cashier, Teresa, however, was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean but cluttered in some areas. Although it wasn't the best shopping experience, Home Depot is conveniently located and I can usually get what I went for.

My cashier, Scott was very accommodating and patient while I had to call my credit card co. to resolve a fraud alert block on my card.

Most Home Depot locations I deal with ( and I travel and work across the United States and North America ) provide a uniform experience saving me time by knowing in every store pretty much where everything can be found. This Location provided me exceptional service on a weekend project that had to get done and the "other tool store" told me to "come back Monday". A very determined young man at this location said "if you can wait a few minutes ( took about 15 which was fine ), I will ask my manager if I can get it from a pallet in receiving but not unpacked yet and he did. Compliments to this young man ( wish I remembered his name ) and he saved my project !!

Every time I go to Home Depot to grab 1/3 stuff I end up grabbing more. It Has everything you need, I’m glad they came up with the store That my home now home of everything.
