6 employees in an isle and none of them knows the product. Not sure how this helps anyone.

Store is in a good location for me is easy to park and get into the store.

Store was clean staff was helpful. I knew what I needed and where it was, but they wanted to help me anyway. they also thought they needed to help me to my car.

Deb in appliances was super great to work with! She was very patient and answered all of our questions and didn't rush us at all. The department phone rang, and she ignored it, giving us her undivided attention. We never felt pressured or rushed and are very happy with our new washing machine!!!

The customer service was great. The product I was looking for was in inventory but we could not find it. Kerry Jarecki looked all over the store for me until it was discovered that the product was still in receiving. Kerry took my number and when the product was unpacked, she called me and saved the product at customer service. Kerry worked very hard for me.

I'm grateful for a really good experience at Home Depot today with an incredibly helpful employee and very friendly cashier!

I had an awesome experience, Kevin the assocatiate explained how to operate the Carpet Shampoo Machine that I rented from Home Depot, and also explained what type of Carpet Shampoo I should purchase from Home Depot for my project! Great Employee!

I am a woodworking hobbyist and Ridgid makes some of my favorite tools. The warranty on Ridgid is hard if not impossible to beat. My shop is full of tools that I bought at the Home Depot.

Had a very friendly, knowledgable instructor, Darrel, he went over and beyond on teaching us the steps. Letting us do hands on learning and getting us the materials and helping us prep the wood so we can take home our project to do. Thanks Darrel we really appreciate it!!!!

I was in a rush to get some paint. I had already gone to a closer hardware store who advertised they could do a paint match and it was a complete waste of time and money. I called in the description to the Home Depot Paint Department, the woman was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She had the paint ready at my arrival, the match was perfect, she recommended the correct brush and I was on my way in 5 minutes. Nice to have people employed there with a great attitude and who still take pride in what they do.

Home Depot only carries quality items that I need for my home. The associates are always helpful.

Purchased flooring and having the home depot install product. The associates make it a breeze , measurements are concise, communication is great when you have this done. They make it so easy for you to relax during a home renovation with their installation and products.

There should have been an instruction manual. The associate should have give me directions about fuel shut-off valve and safty interlocks.

I have never received such expertise and good service at a big box store like I did when I asked Sharon, the Manager on Duty, and Jake, the Lumber Clerk for help with an important civic project I was undertaking. Both employees were skilled, knowledgeable, and went beyond the call of basic service to help me complete the task at hand. What great employees this store has. I heartily recommend the South Home Depot for having a can-do atmosphere and a spirit of cooperation for its community. These are all rare traits in an increasingly cold and corporate world. Home Depot south is a standout. Thank you.

While I did not find the item I needed, the store manager went way beyond what was necessary to try to help me. I have never had that type of service from any other home improvement store. I will not soon visit any other store!

I was shopping for bamboo roll up shades. An associate personally took me to the display and helped find the item I needed. Nice shopping experience!

The customer service is second to none at this Home Depot! We were shopping for tile, and the store associate bent over backwards to make sure we got what we needed. She helped us load the tile, collected all the loose ones available, and tied them into bundles for us. When we realized we were short a few, she checked availability at the other store in town. And all this with a smile on her face and a great attitude, even though it was late in the day and time for her to go home. What a great way to end the day!

Rented an electric drain snake. It worked perfectly, and the rental price was fair.

Associate Jake in lumber spent over an hour cutting the cull lumber to fit into the town car trunk. I am 83 years old and use the lumber to repair and build bee hives. Jake had some experience with bee keeping and kept a lively conversation in between cuts. A most pleasant experience!

Ginger was awesome, very helpful and made sure I was happy. She went the extra mile.
