Our HVAC has had issues and I struggled to find some parts and materials, Dan asked if I needed help and I showed him what I was looking for, he told me exactly where to look and what to look for, making this shop an absolute breeze and minimizing any headaches that I would normally have looking for stuff. The cashier, Skyler, was also very kind and helpful.

Store experience very good, salespeople quite helpful. Delivery however was quite another story. Delivery sked for Dec 6. Was re-sked for Dec. 8 due to rain and snow. OK, fine. Dec. 8, a text informing of pending delivery between 7:30 and 11:30. Again, fine. 12:45 delivery shows up, pulled into driveway, I mentioned it would be easier if they were to back into driveway. Driver decided to back down driveway. Promptly slid off concrete driveway l, left 4 to 6 inch deep tracks in lawn. Had to get commercial tow truck to pull truck back onto county road whereupon delivery truck just left. Not a word to me. Call next day, delivery re-sked for Dec 11. From there things were better until a few days later when we got microwave hung and plugged in only to discover it didn’t work. Visit to retailer. Had to contact manufacturer to have Svc tech come to see if could repair or replace. Still waiting for call to sked Svc call, 3 days later. I am not a happy camper. BTW, final delivery was very good. Went quite smooth.

For a box store it’s pretty good.

I bought a radio that i can throw in my work vehicle, that is rugged, and won't get hurt by a little bouncing around! ;)

I needed several bags of Rainbow Beach River rock which was located on a top shelf in the store. I asked for assistance several times at the checkout kiosk and the clerk indicated he would see if someone was available. After waiting for an extended time, I asked another customer for assistance so I could purchase the river rock. Very poor customer service and if I hadn't needed that particular item, I would make future purchases at another store.

You can definitely tell that the home Depot takes care of their employees and in turn those employees become personally bested in the success and well-being of those who shop there cannot say enough about this location.

I bought this a few days ago. Very good quality and value.

WAS TRYING TO BUY THE SAME PRODUCT ELSEWHERE AND WAS VERY DISAPOINTED IN THE EXPERIENCE TO SAY THE LEAST. STOPPED AT HOME DEPOT TO HUMOR MY WIFE AS I WAS DONE SHOPPING FOR THE DAY. RAN INTO TOM BANTA WHO WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. PEOPLE LIKE THIS NEED TO BE COMPENSATED MORE AS HE IS THE ONLY REASON I PURCHASED ANYTHING. A JOB WELL DONE

I found the product I needed and was pleased with it. However, I was not very impressed with the customer service. Three to four employees seemed more interested in watching Trump on a computer than helping customers. When I finally found someone to assist me, it felt like it was an inconvenience for them. They weren’t very friendly or communicative. It makes me wonder why someone would get a job in a customer service-related field if they don’t want to do the job. Customer service has really gone down hill. It was the older employees who were actually helpful and kind, while the younger ones seemed uninterested in working or helping.

I needed to match some old paint. The cat I brought in was 12 years old. She managed to look it up and find a match. She was very helpful with the type of paint and the finish that I needed. Everything went well. I didn’t get her name, but an older lady with white hair.

The app is combersome and doesn’t work inside the store.

Everything went smoothly for once. We knew what we wanted which helps. But now Being able to type in your phone number at check out was a tremendous hassle saver !! Usually I fight to get my app on my phone to work and have to deal with managers etc... Not this time. They made it so much easier to check out using the military discount and your account info. Glad they got it tonthisnstage FINALLY !! Now I hope they keep it this way !

When I need assistance there is someone close with expert advice. And they enjoy helping you to make the right decisions. Don’t be afraid to ask.

It was easy to install !

Our experience buying an item at this store was sooo different from the last time we were there. This time we got the exact item we asked for -- thankfully, since no other store in Lincoln carried it, otherwise we would have purchased from any store but HD after the last purchase. Last time we got a grossly inferior item. We have purchased many appliances through this store, including four sets of laundry appliances. We loved the LG set we purchased in 2011, so we asked for the exact same models (updated of course0. The lady looked up our prior purchase and told us she had the same but newer in stock. They were not. The Dryer doesn't even have a light! Neither washer or dryer has as many cycle options. They are very noisy when the old set was quiet. They would have fit the old pedestals but she said they wouldn't so we trusted her and bought new. Delivery was scheduled 2 weeks out. They were late and when I noticed the difference I called to ask about a return. she said the 2-week return window had closed. Then I see about a year and a half later that Home Depot supposedly takes returns on major appliances months later than that. They also wouldn't let me leave a review as the window on that had closed as well.

The employees at this store are always welcoming, friendly and willing to help me find what I need. I truly enjoy shopping at this location

Very hard to go wrong with the selection or help at this store.

I already know that Home Depot is not a good place to buy plants but my recent experience confirmed I won’t be returning. All the plants are overwatered with no understanding that some plants need less water. The plant I purchased was rotting in the pot. I hope my careful repotting which included getting all the soil off the roots and cutting away rot, saved the plant. The soil was completely drenched and this is a plant that should have dry soil before it is watered.

Home Depot employees were nice and understanding.

We had a truly excellent experience buying a trimmer. The team was very helpful, from the in-depth knowledge of the department staff to the cashier that checked us out. It is really appreciated when you shop at an establishment that still emphasizes great customer service.
