Very helpfull. Friendly. Overall great home depot store.

I saw alot of associates talking amongst each other. I didn't get acknowledge. What happened to customer service and driving sales?

This store is the cleanest in the area. Mostly everyone is helpful

The help I got was pretty thorough and I was in and out very quickly. Picked out the carpet pad and I was on my way. Very helpful staff.

The a Southeast store always has the supplies I am looking for in stock and he store is always neat compared to many others.

I am handicapped, and was using one of the mobil hand carts. A woman floor attendant volunteered to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The cashier, William, WTH3264, was particularly helpful. He unloaded my cart, swiped my card and gave me my veteran discount. He was friendly and cordial, informed me how and where to return my cart. thank You William.

The store was very organized which made it easier to find the products I needed. I was very satisfied with the associates who were around to help.

Great store i got a lot of helpful advice from Paula Murphy, she is very courteous.

Migel in lumber dept helped me so much by making expert cuts on wood I purchased for shelving. The selves fit perfectly in the cabinet and bookcase I purchased them for. Thank you Migel.

I think this is one of the best Home Depots in the area, the Associates are always available and very helpful. They always ask if you need help loading and there are a lot of cashier lanes open.

I have spent the last year fixing up my house and this store has been nothing but helpful and friendly. Prices are great and associates are knowledgeable.

There were plenty of associates available. I was directed to an asile to find my produce but it was nit there. I asked an associate that was nearby and he said twi aisle over. There could have been more cashiers avaible to cut the check out time. Stote was i good condition and nice and bright, and was well stocked.

When looking for flooring again, it would be my first stop & I would hope to have the pleasure of dealing with Noeele or Julie in flooring

You are not doing me a favor by dealing with me. It's your job. If you don't like your job, then don't work there. There are plenty of competitors to shop at.

Available colors and quality house paints are abundant. Very pleased with the Home Depot's Behr Premium Plus paint. Goes on very nicely, covers with one coat, and dries to exact color from chart.

I was looking to purchase a new Range. My wife visited the store and got the information on the range she wanted. When she got home I called the store to see if we could order it over the phone to save another visit and to see if my Disabled Veterans card would be valid for this purchase. I was told over the phone from someone in customer service that the discount would be applied to the $698 purchase. No associates were available so she took my number and said someone would contact me. No one did. The next day I went to the store to purchase the range and after waiting about 15 minutes to talk to someone I was told that the Veterans discount did not apply to this sale item. I bought the range regardless but I feel all store employees should know the store policies so they do not give out false information. Not happy about the $68 I didn't save because of bad information.

Gentleman who helped me was very nice and took me to the item I was looking for right away. I was in and out of the store in no time at all. What a pleasure.

I was able to get the help that I needed immediately, able to purchase advertised items and was able to get important information about the purchases to ensure that I would be completely happy with the purchases.

Had a very good experience, ordered on line and picked up within an hour. Product was ready when I got to the counter and the check-out girl was very nice and helpful. The store was very crowded, plenty of sales people to help. I was out of the store with my items in no time.

Always doing different projects and no matter what you need they got it and they help you with whatever it is you got going on and they stress safety which is a good thing

I had to write about an associate named Dawn, who in one word was amazing. I cant express enough how helpful, sweet, kind Dawn was. Home Depot is very lucky to have her and I hope she gets acknowledged because she has a special gift and its called patience. And that is very hard to find in retail.

I had no problem finding the items I needed. I was able to check out at the cashier very fast with no line to wait on. I shop at Home Depot about once a week. When I do need assistance from an associate they are always very friendly and helpful. Sometimes I do have to wait for assistance and have a hard time finding someone to help me. I am a patient person and don't mind waiting, but maybe there should be more associates working at the same time, especially on the weekends. But, overall Home Depot is one of my favorite places to shop.

I have been shopping at the Brewster Home Depot since it opened. When my home is in need of repairs I shop at Home Depot for all of my supplies. I have never been disappointed with item availability or prices. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.
