The our salesman Al was great. He made our visit and purchase of new cabinets seamless. I would highly recommend seeing him if you are interested in replacing your kitchen cabinets.

If you want a pleasant experience and no hassle please do yourself a favor and go to the Brewster Home Depot . Plenty of staff and the store is full stocked! One of the workers “ Dawn” helped me out and she went above and beyond for my wife and I . I travel an extra 25 minutes to shop at this HD. and it’s worth it every single time .

I love this location of Home Depot. The staff is friendly and very helpful! John the lumber man assisted us and went above and beyond to help us with our home project. I honestly will only go here for now on!

They provide excellent customer service. They are friendly. They greet you with a smile and always are courteous and respectful. They are proactive by paying attention to our needs and offering help or recommendations before we ask. They know every aspect of the product or service they are selling. They discuss its features and show us the advantages we get from using their product or service and troubleshoot anything that is not working correctly. They listen to us. They listen attentively and can understand exactly what we need from them.

Went into the Brewster Home Depot for a product listed as in stock. It wasn't on the shelf... BUT I got excellent assistance from store employees who located the item, safely secured it from overhead shelving (it was a BIG item), and were great at checkout.

Wish there was a larger selection of herbs & vegetables .

I am so happy I came to look at a washer and Ken in appliances was so knowledgeable I purchased one! Noelle in flooring helped with questions about carpets that I want installed next month , Jim in the tool section helped me in the hardware section for a purchase of a mailbox and he reminded me about the numbers and letters for it , down to Lisa and Linda at the cashiers and then I needed more stuff , went to aisle 52 and cashed out in customer service and had a nice conversation with Ed and Alex! Super day at the Home Depot

John in painting is customer focused and friendly.

I came in for about 20 bags of gravel dreading loading it onto a cart, then into my truck. "John" from gardening asked if I needed any help. Pointing to what I needed, I told him I was fine, John asked how many bags and proceeded loading them onto my cart. I was in a state of disbelief... He assisted me in loading 2 flat bed carts full of heavy product, THEN assisted in loading all that into my truck! He was the nicest guy about it all, and playfully ran away when I tried tipping him!!

Sometimes HD just nails it and it comes down tot he people. John Maggio rules!
