Since I come in the door the employees always smiling. Always asking what I need and escorting me where is the product.

As soon I arrived in the store this team member (I don't know her name sorry) said hi and asked if I needed help. I said yes, I was looking for a patio table that I saw online. She showed me were it was. When I was leaving she called someone to help me to put the table inside my car. It was pretty heavy.

The store was clean and Matt was very helpful in plumbing.

Randy was kind enough to help me cut some lumber that I bought , to my satisfaction . He was friendly and professional . Thanks Randy .

The Garden Employees are GREAT !! They treated mean if i was their own family, and answered all my questions with concerns

The staff of the store is spot on. I needed help purchasing a new shower head. There were so many brands to choose from that I had no clue as to the guidelines to use and I had many question. The 1st person that I asked didn't work in that area but attempted to help. He couldn't answer all of my questions so he promptly got me to the right person in that dept. The staff person was a major aid in helping me find the right product. Thanks to him my shower experience has greatly improved for me and my entire family.

It seems Your Garden Department is short of help, BUT the employees you do have are awesome !!!! Governor, Tania,Emilio were absolutely awesome !!!!

I was just "shopping around" for a washer /dryer and it was very stressful,( or so I thought) but from the front door greeter to the final purchase from the assistance of Kevin Robison in that dept who also made me realize how important a product warranty is, as I had never purchased a brand new item of this value, I was extremely pleased with my entire visit, every thing I passed was clean and in the correct places and I think I stopped and looked in every dept I walked by, and help was available. thank you, to Kevin for making my entire shopping experience so unstressed, I appreciate it

my daughter and I went in the store to get material to complete the roof on our back porch and the cashier was very helpful and we got every thing we needed and the delievered it all for a very reasonable rate thank you home depot for all of your help

This store is always clean and the web app tells you what aisle the items that you are looking for can be found.

As stated previously, This particular Home Depot has been my favorite DIYS store for many years. I visit its competitors but I always feel more comfortable at Home Depot. I have to actually pass 2 of its competitors to get to my favorite Home Depot Store, but I'm loyal to good businesses and I'm very familiar with this particular store. Old dog, no new tricks for me, please.........

STORE WAS CLEAN, PRODUCTS ARE EASY TO FIND AND THE CASHIERS ARE USUALLY GREAT WITH GETTING YOU IN AND OUT FAST.

The overall store was clean, organized and easy to navigate when looking for an item/appliance. The self-checkouts are a pretty efficient way to make a purchase rather than having to wait in a long line when purchasing only a few items.

We were assisted by Kevin Robinson- Appliance Specialist. Kevin was very helpful answered all questions we had. He made our shopping experience very relaxing and fun. Will definitely return to speak with Kevin Robinson for our future appliance purchases. He was great!!!

I could find everything I was looking for. The associates helped me a lot.

The store was great, the only thing i would recommend is to have some sanitary wipes by the garden center because your hands get dirty.

the associates looked at my fiance and i like if we did not know what we were talking about, or as if we were stupid. and we ended up getting better help from another customer, NOT an associate.
