Had been looking for an area rug & a ceiling fan for weeks. At this store, actually received assistance from associates which has rarely happened at any other Home Depot. All the associates I saw seemed to be happy to be there & ready to do whatever they could to help customers. Store, including the restroom, was clean & CCD regulations were in place. In the future, I'll drive across town whenever I need something other than run-of-the-mill items from a Home Depot.

This store has made a quantum leap in customer service from the way it was a few years ago. I had several unpleasant experiences in the past. Now, I would recommend this store to anyone who might ask me.

great place to come here alot with my family

I never been so embarrassed in front of other shoppers by a cashier. Very rude and bad attitude.

This store stands above the rest. The associates always welcome you with bright smiles despite wearing a face mask you can see how willing they're to be attentive to your concern or just simply helping. neat and clean

Associates did not know the products. Two women employees in hardware ignored me and kept talking to each other in Spanish. MOD was at dinner and did not tell anyone, so no one was in charge. That is a scary thought if there is an emergency.

Great customer service

I've shopped at this location about 3 times a week for the past three months. The shopping experience is usually below average. The stores cleanliness is average. It's difficult to get assistance. The associates are not the friendliest.

If you come to this location you better know exactly what you need or want because the employees are not well informed or have even rudimentary knowledge of the products they sell.

This home depot is convenient to get to from Sand Lake or Orange Blossom. Unfortunately it's slightly smaller and does not carry quite the variety of inventory as some of the other stores. Employees are helpful and generally well informed about where things are. This store is laid out a bit differently than other stores. Paint is in the back not the front like other stores. Some times they have things other stores do not. They had Melamine shelving where the other store did not, however they did not carry glass block like the other store. The inventory as seen on the internet is often wrong and that can result in wasted trips. Overall they do a good job for most things I will continue to shop here.

The customer service in this place is horrible every time I come here and I don't appreciate that. I first came for paint and the man at the paint counter was extremely rude and uninterested in helping me. The 2nd time I came, this lady named Rachel helped him and she was the ONLY nice person in the entire place. We waited a total of 35+ minutes before someone could come and assist me. The man in the motorized chair at the door was very welcoming as well. The employees will walk right by you and not ask you if you need help. Totally ridiculous when you're leaving a store spending $200+ dollars. The man David in the windows section was absolutely rude. He was not helpful at all and quite disrespectful. The young ladies at the customer service counter especially Yosmeyn (I believe that was the spelling of her name) had the worst attitude and was not nice at all. If she doesn't like her job, she should find one that fits her. I will not be returning to this Home Depot at all. Terrible store, terrible customer service, and terrible workers. No wonder why they are short staff. I feel bad for them. Everyone is miserable in that place.
