How do I fix drafty windows?

When your windows have a lot of condensation or frost, that's a clue that you need to reseal or replace them. If you can't put in new ones now, seal them with caulk, weather stripping, or a window insulation kit. Use mold and mildew removers first though, and wear a respirator to avoid inhaling it. Fill any other gaps with foam tape and cover window a/c units as well to keep the warm air inside and the chill out. These steps should help stop the cold drafts until you can replace the windows.

When can I use my Blackstone grill or griddle again?

Freezing temperatures put a damper on outdoor cooking and dining. When the weather warms up, bring out the grill to warm things up even more. Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Yes, the W Colonial store does offer in-person Kids Workshops. These in-store events are free and take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. You may secure your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Visit our customer service counter or call us to order your kit.

The “Key” to the Kingdom

Working a special event I was in need of having over 100 keys made and met the most wonderful crew RJ, Bre, and another young lady I didn’t get her name and I feel badly about that. But this crew made sure that I held the keys to the Kingdom they rally together and they got it done we got 100 keys made in less than an hour this team at the store rocks

Great Customer Service!!

All of the staff were very helpful in finding the chainsaws that I needed for my project. Renee from customer services assisted me with getting the best deal. Emilia the cashier helped with check out and signed me up for a home depot credit card. I needed to exchange an item and Emeline at customer service was very thoughtful and let me leave my item up front to exchange it.

Oh wow

I had a security guard follow me around the store. I guess the problem was shopping while black. I know, I am a black man and a few items it my shopping cart. Wow, wow, wow!!! I will follow up with this one with the Regional Manager of Home Depot.

Laminated Flooring

I had a fantastic experience at the store today, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Joan the self-service cashier and Kendra on the floor. I was in search of laminated flooring and they both greatly assisted me in finding the perfect product for my needs. Joan was friendly and efficient at the cashier, making the transaction quick and easy. Kendra on the floor was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and providing valuable insights and recommendations.
