Worst customer service of probably the whole state of Florida

Clean and organized inventory. Customer Service is on point. Cashier Edith M. Voided my already paid transaction when I told her I forgot to scan my military QR for my 10% discount. That’s going above and beyond!! Thank you Home Depot!

No one would confirm installation included in my clothes washer purchase until I met Tamisha in their care center. She pulled out all the stops to make sure I was satisfied that it was.

The cashiers took to long to complete ringing me up. They were not friendly nor helpful to include employees in the departments. It appears they don't like black people to come in purchases items.

Found everything I was looking for. Prices were affordable.

Michael in plumbing and the man in tool rental on April 27th in the evening, were both amazing. Michael really took the time to educate and help me. Both employees were very friendly and helpful! Thank you Southland Home Depot!

KEVIN ROBISON IN APPLIANCES HAS HELPED US WITH PURCHASING APPLIANCES FOR OUR HOUSE FOR YEARS. HE LISTENS AND MAKES IT HAPPEN AND ALL WITHIN OUR BUDGET. HE’S SO KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT EVERY BRAND AND APPLIANCE AND EVEN THE WARRANTIES, TOO. WITH OUR RECENT PURCHASE, WE NEEDED TO GET A WALL OVEN, DISH WASHER & REFRIGERATOR AND ALL NEEDED TO BE SPECIFICALLY SIZED AND A SPECIFIC COLOR. WITH KEVIN’S HELP, WE WERE ABLE TO PURCHASE ALL 3 AND EVEN LEARNED OF AD PARTICIPATED IN PROMOS FOR EACH APPLIANCE

I had a small issue, very easy to be solved and instead, manager Ezequiel refused to give a store credit for a $24.00 item. So petty. I had to drive to another store where the employee gave me store credit right away.

I have had it with Home Depot no registers open and the self checkout girl is rude as hell!

I needed a Ryobi rotary tool.thatvwas on sale and the team at this store bent over backwards to ensure I got the tool I needed at the best price possible. Friendly and helpful staff thru the entire store. The BEST Home Depot experience ever

I shop at Home Depot quite a bit. It always has what I am looking for and easily identified locations on each isle save me time every time. The products used are of quality and readily available. I particularly like Behr paint. I've used it several times, inside and out. It applies easily, doesn't peel and lasts a long time. They also have the ability to match colors if you bring in a small sample of what you are trying to match it with. A couple of times I needed the materials to be delivered to my house due to the large quantity of items I purchased and the size of the products. They were able to deliver it in a timely fashion and at the time in which they said it would be delivered. It was stress free.

The employees are unwilling g to help and seems like they did not to be there.

I enjoyed my shopping trip on 9.24.22 due to the employee in the garden center taking the time to answer my questions and concerns. I do wish the store carried plants that attracts honey bees and butterflies as these creatures are beneficial to our food supply overall.

Having looked at many options for purchasing some appliances it became clear that the team at Home Depot were willing and able to address all my questions. Working with Kevin Robison on the requirements and options was truly appreciated. Each question was addressed and options were explained, after all was done we had the appliances we wanted, at the price we expected and the delivery as required. We couldn't have had a better experience.

Clerk at next counter serve two white customers behind us. When we went we wre told, I am close and clerk turned back. Hubsand told her she served two people. She turned her back even more. The person who serve us was nice.

I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH GREAT SERVICE LIKE I GOT FROM ROB. HE CODED A NEW DOOR LOCK FOR ME. HE WAS SUPER.

The store was clean, and organized. The associates are friendly, and helpful. I found everything I looked for. The associate Aida left her department to help me in another department. I look for her every time. She’s friendly, and has a nice smile.

Thank you to Scotty for treating me like a VIP! Scotty has gone above and beyond every time I see him! From helping me find items in the store that we’re hidden to helping me put lumber into my car. I had an amazing experience here when purchasing my appliances w Kevin! Highly recommend seeing Kevin if you’re looking for appliances! He’s super knowledgeable and will really take his time w you if you’re indecisive like me. Mikey in plumbing has spent hours w me as I re plumbed my entire house from & cast iron to Pex & pvc. This location is my favorite for the employees! They have become like family! Thank you guys!!! Even though the Millennia store is in my backyard I drive further to come here and get help with amazing customer service!!
