The associates were not very friendly. In fact, one of the associates mocked me when I inquired about an item being in stock. Apparently, they don't have a stock room and the associate said, "if it's not out, then we don't have it."

I love Home Depot! Walking through Home Depot makes me want to quit my job and do projects all day. I appreciate the friendly and helpful employees.

Robin was great. Our order was large and took some time to create the invoice. We had the printed shopping cart but she had to look everything up to get the SKU numbers. She happily looked everything up and helped us find replacement items for the 2 items that were unavailable. This process took some time to complete. We could not simply order on-line and pickup in the store because the on-line system could not do the military discount.

Even if the products are not immediately available, someone at customer service will help you find it and order it if needed. I get the best prices on a wide range of products from Home Depot.

Clean store with very helpful staff. Staff is always happy to assist in any way they can. I they don't have the answer they will help you find the correct employee to answer you questions.

I went to Home Depot on Breckenridge Lane to buy some loppers so that I could do some trimming. I didn't see them right away, but a store associate saw me looking and greeted me and asked if he could help. He knew right where they were and took me to them. It got me thinking how often the folks at Home Depot have been there for me. This Home Depot has consistently been a place of help for me. I don't remember a time when I went that someone didn't greet me and offer to help. But that's not the best part. When I have a project I want to tackle, there is always a person there who is knowledgeable in that area who will take the time to explain how best to do it. It is so amazing! I was raised by a parent who thought it was only important to teach his sons how to be handy. His opinion was that girls should stay in the kitchen! I'm so thankful for my surrogate dads (and moms!) at Home Depot, and that they believe I can do anything!!

This happens in every store so I'm not saying anything negative per se about this store, but when an associate is busy in one department there shouldn't be 2-3 people standing around in another department not doing anything. The level of training doesn't seem to be so exclusive that associates couldn't bounce around and help where needed.

i received great service. I had a complicated issue and it was handled very very efficently by PJ in orders on line which had nothing to do with my issue, but she did it anyway.

I could not find some specific types of Varnish and stains so I had to go somewhere else. but everything else I needed was there.

Matt at the Pro Desk was helpful in dealing with a special order that was damaged on arrival, and explaining why it took so long for the order to arrive, giving suggestions for getting special orders faster. At other times I have had so-so help in the paint department. (How can you be out of black spray paint?!) Usually on-line ordering is trouble-free.

Looked to purchase a fridge and stove.. Had gone to another Home Depot store and could not get anyone to help me with info on products. Decided to try this store before deciding to go to a different company. Gary (in appliances) was awesome!!! He was patient, informative and extremely knowledgable . Sarah at customer service was also fantastic in helping me to get information . What a great experience because of their customer friendliness and service !!

I was in and out very quickly due to the wonderful associate who helped me with my questions and the fast efficient checkout associate.

This trip was very short. Parking was close. I came for one item and I knew exactly where it was. Picked up and placed item in cart and proceeded to self checkout. No waiting. Paid for item and was out of the store and back in my vehicle. Probably took 15 minutes or less.

This Home Depot can be wonderful, or it can be a nightmare. Really depends on level of crowd and availability of helpful employees. Sometimes you can get in and out with everything you need, and other times it takes forever to find what you need and then you have to wait 15 minutes to check out. It's very convenient in terms of location for most of my projects, and they usually have a good product selection at reasonable prices. Just go early or late, avoid the crowded times!

I had a great trip to our local Home Depot. I was assisted by Associate Debbie and she was friendly and very helpful. I showed her my shopping list and she jumped into action helping me find everything and showing me other items that I will be returning to purchase at a later date. I'm disappointed that Home Depot has decided to not accept Apple Pay. HD is one of the most commonly frauded stores. Apple Pay will not only protect customer personal information, it will reduce fraud, loss, and lower costs for customers.

Don't waste your time anywhere else in Louisville when it comes time to renovate your kitchen. We've seen them all. Go to the Breckenridge location and ask for Robin!

An associate was available when we walked in. The associate was very helpful and easy to talk to.

Stopped at Customer Service desk to ask question about the suitability of the item I was purchasing to the use of the item. The gentleman there began talking to me, his personal cell phone rang, and he abruptly left in the middle the conversation, going back into the store and talking on his cellphone. Very discourteous and abrupt. Eventually another store employee who I had spoken with previously came to me and answered my question. Usually have much better experience at Home Depot, but not this time!!
