We had a great experience buying our fridge from this home depot. John was so helpful and answered all our questions. He got us set up with 24 months home depot card. He made sure the dimensions were correct before we bought the fridge. John put us at ease making us feel we made the right choice to purchase from here. Thank you John.

Jordan in the St. Matthew's Paint Department is amazing! She not only took the time to assist in my paint selections but was so knowledgable about product usage. She was instrumental in making our house remodel project a success.

Went in to buy some plumbing materials and I got the wrong size so I returned the original purchase and came back and returned it with no problems at all about the new part and everyone was very helpful!

A couple of weeks ago, asked someone for help, he told me the aisle and kept walking in the opposite direction. And older man was stocking helped me & I appreciated it. 5 workers were sitting around the register area and was not helping anyone at the time. I was glad my recent visit was a great improvement!

Never have stuff ready for pick up

If something not ring up right the employees at the register are too busy talking to each other and give you attitude about doing a price check. They will still give you attitude after the price was corrected never apologize

Have to search for someone to help with anything.

Bought a new Echo self propelled 190cc Briggs and Stratton mower. Best mower yet. Things are beast. No complaints. Makes mowing a breeze. Powerhouse and starts right up. Good on gas and oil.

A convenient location to puurchase construction supplies for my rental and home projects My only criticism is trying to find a HD employee when I need help in choosing a product I’ll keep coming back

We will avoid Home Depot as much as possible because the corporation supports the criminal president.

Employees are friendly and reach out to help. I have purchased products in the garden dept. and also the paint dept. Both have been extremely helpful and friendly.

If you go to this location, the app on your phone will help locate items. The chances of the staff assisting you are slim

I had appliances that were 20 years old that died around 2023. I like Whirlpool Brand, and had to buy a microwave and dishwasher. Paid them off within one year, did not have to pay interest! I love the discounts Home Depot use for their customers. I only buy Behr paint, it’s the best. Judith

Looong wait to return ( only one employee ) and rude uninformed tool department salesman

I bought an electric lawnmower and took home. The box read batteries and charger included! Assembled only to find out Home Depot opens boxes and removes batteries and chargers. I bought as a gift and when assembled and not batteries in the box I had to return to the store to pick up . Had to load my self as no loader available. I would never have thought this possible

Maybe there is nothing Home Depot can do about this except warn customers, but I'm getting scared just driving along the storefront roadway to park. People walk out of your store by the dozens every hour on their way to the parking lot and walk right out in front of you without even looking up, mostly because they are idiots with cell phones glued to their ears. Maybe restriping the drive area might help. It's so scary for me that I hesitate even going to HD any more unless it's absolutely necessary.

It flushes very well!

I was stopped at the door by a locking cart and treated like a thief for the two items I paid for at the register with the assistance of an employee. Absolutely no excuse for this kind of treatment. How about going after the real thieves for which I now over paid on a purchase to compensate for the loses of Home Depot. Might not have been so bad if I had not been assisted by an ungrateful employee.

Hopefully they continue to keep items stocked

Pro desk is not attentive to customers. Regardless if you are cashier or not all those going through to check out are also their customer. I know they can check out in a different system and pay there or set up for cash. Then they don't want people to get mad and walk out with free product. They need training in Customer Service. Like my favorite store on Hurstbourne. Lovely people sure they get busy but they know how to help.

I was there two times today! Both times were pleasant and productive shopping experiences. They were also quick trips - in spite of large crowds!

Always buy good paint there.

I was able to buy the Home Depot brand and saved money on my refrigerator/freezer water filter. I’m very happy a staff shared with me this cost saving tip. I was able to install it the same day.

On a recent shopping trip to HomeDepot, I found more choices on quality flooring than a flooring store and other home improvement stores! I found the flooring I needed on my first visit to Home Depot, then I went to four other stores thinking I might find something better. Well, what a waste of my time! Home Depot had the best price, the best quality and the best look ! Next time, I am sticking with the winner, Home Depot!
