THIS HAS BEEN OUR FAMILY HOME STORE FOR THE PAST 17 YEARS. THE STORE IS EASY TO SHOP, EVERYTHING IS EASY TO FIND AND ALL ASSOCIATES ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND AVAILABLE.. EVEN OUR SON WORKED THERE!

Always helpful and friendly staff. My first choice when looking for supplies

Store is well kept, employees are friendly and checkout is courteous. Many items to look at, which provide great ideas for home or office.

The only reason I did not give the Temecula Home Depot 5 stars is because when I purchased blinds for my bedroom it was missing the bag of screws and valance clips! That was very disappointing because it isn't always easy to drive back to the store just to get the pieces that should ALREADY be included. However, the customer service was amazing Tim was very helpful and so were a couple other gentlemen.

Visited my local home depot for a couple cans of Great Stuff. I guess they haven't had the black labeled can in stock for a while, but all the associates did their best to assist me. I ended up getting the red labeled can, hopefully it does the trick! Thanks guys

Just a great experience. All the store cashiers in my over 15 years of going to Home Depot are friendly but I have to say Lydia and her overall friendly and helpful demeanor put this attitude to a new level. Thanks Lydia

I wanted to paint an old futon frame and was reluctant to do so. I discussed the project with an Associate and they suggested Rust-Oleum product with the primer built in. The frame came out beautiful. Thanks so much for the great service.

I came into the store for some specific items which I new the location of and I had no problem in locating them for my purchase. It just so happens that due to the holiday season that they had all the Christmas decorations located in an area on one location in the store. I decided to look at what they had new for this year but due to all the other items they had on sale stacked in the main isles in large pallets pushed together, it made getting across a problem requiring a walk a quarter of the way through the store to find a pathway to the other side. I use this store all the time for all my home improvement needs as well as items for day to day living, so when I shop there I have the layout down but I found this one time disruption to be problematic to me. I do understand the reasoning for the inconvenience but it would be nice to not have to waste time trying to get from one side of the store to the other.

Some departments are better than others for helping out. Plumbing and paint departments are the best, lumber and building supplies are usually poor. Like any other work place some people focused in on meeting the customer's needs while others avert their eyes as if to hope that they would not be called on.

Look for Duane in appliances for expert assistance in finding the proper appliances to meet your budget & expectations.

Everyone was very helpful!! I always enjoy shopping here at Home Depot! I've been recommending this store to family & friends. Excellent store in every way! Love that it near my house!!!

The store is always well organized for holidays and special events and everything is always in stock.

Great prices on tools, and parts . The place to go if you need a home repair! Lots of helpers!

Good store. Only downside didn't have a lot of trucks for rental.

Amanda helped me with my purchase of the very last display snowflake decorative light that they had in stock. Getting on a ladder to take it down! (with the help of Don... :) )

I have gone to this store for the past 14 years and have found no changes that would affect there business. The store has always been organized and clean. The associates are always well educated in their products and are very kind and friendly and always helpful.

I came looking for oops paint for a project. I asked Lynette about the oops paints that had not been marked down. She was extremely knowledgeable about her product and discounts that could be applied. by the time I walked out I had plenty of paint to finish my current project plus more for a future project I have. 9 gallons of premium paint for 170 dollars, that's like $18 a gallon! I guess I should also thank the person who returned all this paint as "opps" paints too!

Joan and Monty in the Garden Department were extremely helpful and patient in assisting me find what I needed on this trip to Home Depot.

I tried to order for my husband the Alligator Cordless Electric Chainsaw on line But they were all back ordered and wouldn't arrive before Christmas. I called Home Depot and was given to one of your associates Jeff Dunn. He said let me see what I can do. He was able to order and have it delivered to Home Depot. He called me when it arrived. I picked it up and the next day I called him to say Thank You. He then suggested to me to plug in the charger so it would be ready for Christmas. "How Cool was That" Thank You, Thank You, Jeff. I found the products I needed. Other stores have them as seasonal only items, Home Depot has they available year round!!!

Love this store, however with all of the Christmas items in the isle, it makes it too hard to pass by others with carts and is annoying.

I enjoy shopping at home depot even more than shopping for clothes and accessories. They are always helpful and have knowledgeable staff. Convenient location for our family and business.

Just moved to Temecula and came in to Home Depot for a refrigerator. Duane, the sales associate, was a rock star. He listened to what I was looking for, walked me straight over to the exact item, quickly explained the options, delivery and everything I needed to know. I probably would have waited, but Duane made it so easy. I did not want to come back and have to deal with somebody else.

The associate, Ron Robles, was extraordinarily helpful, patient and kind. He had a big smile and great banter. He took the time to go through different items until we found the one I wanted and then took the time to open the box at my request to make sure the item was intact. I will seek his help or opinion next time I'm at the store. He is a wonderful example of a great employee.

I always have a great experience shopping at Home Depot (most of my tools are from there). I never met anyone that helped me that wasn't friendly and helpful. It really made things easy for me to buy what I needed. Thanks Home Depot for hiring these people!

The Sales associate Lynette who works in the paint department was incredible. We just bought a house and hired a painter to paint the inside before we moved in. We were completely duped and taken to the bank by the person we hired. When I walked into the store Lynette was warm and compassionate and helpful and understanding of my circumstances. She went above and beyond to help me, walk me through things and make me feel better about my situation. After multiple trips to the store and dozens of questions and perhaps a few tears, she never let me down. She is just terrific and she restored my faith in high quality customer service and that there really are good people out there. Thank you again Lynette. I look forward to doing more business with you in the future. Home Depot needs more sales associates like her.
