I have had some bad experiences at Home Depot and I was totally happy with my last visit. Nothing bad to say, everyone was friendly and helpful. I have experienced in the past that Home Depot employees would help others and ignore me. Not this time around I was the focus and thit was real customer service.

Ethan and EduardoValdez were very helpful - they represent Home Depot with great respect.

The best customer service I have ever received BY FAR!

I recently shopped the Temecula Home Depot and encountered poor attitudes and poor customer service. This was a first for me. I hope management is able to resolve the matter

I was shopping at Home Depot in East Escondido today and when it was time to check out I had the pleasure of the kindest and most efficient customer service professional ever! C a t h y was friendly helpful considerate and grateful! I will most definitely go out of my way to shop at that particular store just because of her and the experience she creates A+++

I came in and did some shopping. Long story short I had a $50 off offered from two managers named Inez and Nina. due to an issue I had a couple weeks ago at the curbside pick up I waited over 30 minutes and had to ask for help from a cart employee to get my order. They offered me the $50 off because of that and told me to ask for a manager when I come in next time. I did just that, I got a manager Named Vickie. I told her about it and showed her the voicemail I had from Nina as proof. She asked me to delete the voicemail in front of her as she said she didn’t want me to use that again. I was appalled she would think I would but I quickly agreed to delete it in front of her. She then proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t use my military discount as well. I questioned her and asked how did she know I was military? She said she saw it on my phone. Again I’m appalled and felt my privacy was invaded. I question why I couldn’t and she said that it’s double dipping and I told her that’s rude, then she said the military discount is a privilege that I’m taking away for this purchase. I said wow I didn’t know you can revoke my military discount just because you feel like it. She said she could because it’s a privilege. I was upset and said actually it’s a privilege you get to go home after working it’s a privilege you can do whatever you want because of my family giving 13 years to the military for your freedom! My husband hasn’t even met our 7 month old son for her freedom! I told her I would communicate this to corporate and see if they agreed. She quickly turned around and said she would give me my military discount. I spent almost about 100$ so I definitely still spent money. I felt ashamed, embarrassed and disrespected. I have never felt this way before asking for my military discount some thing I think we deserve. I will be contacting corporate this week and seeing if they agree with this mistreatment I had in front of many customers with my child. Other than that the cashier that helped me I think her name was Jaqueline was nice and showed me some empathy over the situation.

Very clean, stuff is friendy, items I need are always in stock

We are in garden at least they nice a week. They are very fast for a large busy store. We had a wedding at our home and the garden always has what we need and the few times they didn’t Darlene was quick to re order exactly what we needed. I like be that new shipments come in weekly every Friday of beautiful healthy fruits and veggies as well as flowers. They always have a bunch of plants, mulch, rocks for great prices. Shout out to Nautika, Christel, who are the nicest most helpful, and to Gunner and Elijah who help me unload many bags of rocks, pots and trees!

Thank you Christel for helping us in a pleasant and professional manner! We will be back in your line again!

This Home Depot is the best have gone to other local one but this still the best with there costumer service

Justin the manager needs to be fired. The least I would suggest is to dd him to office duty space and not have ANY communication with customers. He is rude, condescending remarks such as "good luck in your next life" I left several messages for his store manager to call me regarding his behavior and I never got a call. Finally, she was there when I was shopping and I disguised this with the store manager JoAnn finally after running into her, his behavior continues

It is truly rare to find so many friendly, helpful and personable staff working at a "Big Box" store like Home Depot. I am creating a new garden which has caused me to make numerous trips to my local Home Depot. Tony in the Garden center was extremely knowledgable and provided me with numerous time-saving ideas as well as making numerous recommendations on my selection of garden soil to use with the clay-like soil in my yard. He also advised on which type plants to purchase to thrive in the harsh Temecula summer weather. Chris in Plumbing helped me numerous times and he even remembered my name and greeted me by my first name which was really flattering. The checkout experience has become so much faster and hassle free with the new self checkout machines and the hand scanners. I recently completed a company survey complimenting the checkout staffers, who just seem happy to be woirking there. Amazing !!

The associates in the garden department are always so happy and glad to be there. It’s nice to come into the store and see a lot of smiling faces. The cashier with the curly hair that is always there is so positive and nice to be around. Dawn was super helpful and made sure my experience was great.

Bought couples of tools, paint, brushes etc really satified.

AS A SENIOR AND DIABLED PERSON, NEEDED HELP WITH BAGS OF ROCK SALT AND COULD NEITHER FINA SOMEONE TO HELP OR HELP LOAD MY CAR. CASHIER TRIED TO GET SOMEONE TO HELP PUT NEVER GOT A RESPONSE.

Jennifer prevented me from going into a medical meltdown.

I was lost and in a bit of a rush, one employee grabbed me a cart, another grabbed a specific item I couldn't find. They were amazing, and its not like they didn't have anything to do, the store was busy. They took time to help ME.

Priscilla helped me find what I was looking for quickly and efficiently. Veronica was a wonderful cashier and advised me to take survey since I am so happy with the service.

We went to buy carpet at Home Depot and were so pleased with Jessica our sale's person . She knew the products and helped us to find exactly what we wanted for home.

Cashier Julie from Returns didn't provide a good costumer service. Manager Mina was too busy to come over and solve the issue. I was told by Julie the Mina was there prior with another client and she was not available to come over again.

For all auto/motorcycle mechanics, this is an unbelievable tool! After using 3+ foot breaker bars in futility, the Milwaukee M18 2767-20 impact driver is a "nut buster" like I've not seen before! It has several power level settings, and even on "less the full," It removed 170+lb. "red lock-tited" torqued nuts like they were hand-tight! I've heard this thing called "The Beast," and so it is. Pricey? I think so, but it is "Pro-Level," and performs like it. This is a great investment, and when nothing else will do the job....

Floor staff were patient and helped me to find a cordless drill right for my needs and budget, cashier was friendly and helpful.

Everyone that I have ever asked a question to at the store has always been friendly and helpful but Duane in appliances is my favorite. Super knowledgeable and takes his time to help!!
