The Home Depot Temecula is lucky enough to have a new manager named Christina who approached my wife and i during a moment of frustration and solved the problem both quickly and professionally. She is clearly someone who cares and is willing to engage which can be a rare thing these days. KUDOS to HD for keeping someone like that in the ranks and thank you for making her part of our Temecula shopping experience. We look forward to seeing her again for many years to come. Congrats Christina and welcome to Wine Country!! ;)

Home Depot Temecula, in my opinion has strong leadership. Team members are helpful and pretty knowledgeable. One of the best Home Depot stores,in my opinion. Escondido is another store with strong leadership.

Viki was her name, young girl with a welcoming smile. She was very friendly and asked me how was my day and how I was doing today ? I had a very bad day, my daughter was sick and my dishwasher was broken….no one asked me the whole day how I was. When she paid attention and asked me how I was …that made my day. Thank goodness they are still people outside who cares about other people. Thank you Home Depot Temecula HR for hiring responsible employees and nice human beings.

Stop at Home Depot I typically will come to this location. They seem to be well-stocked. Customer service is great cashiers are friendly lines. Don’t seem to be as long as others.

If you go to home depot in Temecula, there is a woman there named Vickie. She has the spirit and youth of a 15 year old girl but she is probably in her 60's somewhere. I am grateful for people like her who love life and love people. I asked her why she was working. She said I love to be around people. We should all be that way. LIfe is so much more fun!

I am 100% satisfied with this store

We needed many new light switches to update our home. I brought pics of the old ones with me (old school - printed them out!) and the staff member walked us through everything we needed to update our look. Our electrician was highly impressed -- and so were we. The Customer Service dept. was excellent and so was our cashier.

When needing ‘ something ‘ I always find lots help

Tried to add a comment at the end of the survey , didn't let me , the wait checking out is sometimes very long , too many people at your store , more checkers ? not sure what a solution would be. Thanks

If you have a project and you’re not sure how to complete it. The store in Temecula will guide you there. I’ve saved tons of money coming to them and doing it myself at home instead of hiring someone else.

I have used this store since 1989 and have always had the best service with no problems.

Shop at Muietta store

I went to purchase a lot of small fasteners and electrical supplies, and the service was perfect. Everything is always where it needs to be, and easy to find. I’ve gone to this Home Depot for 8 years now.

I walked in today not knowing where to find what I needed. Michael was a great help finding the product I needed to get the job done. Thanks again home depot you really do help doers get more done!

This store was immaculate clean and organized but the service by Adan the cashier made the difference. Thank you for having great employees. My favorite Home Depot is the Temecula one by leaps and bounds.

I have had some bad experiences at Home Depot and I was totally happy with my last visit. Nothing bad to say, everyone was friendly and helpful. I have experienced in the past that Home Depot employees would help others and ignore me. Not this time around I was the focus and thit was real customer service.
