Sonny the manager was very profesional and helped me find what I was looking for. He is very nice to his teammates as well. He has a great team . Good job guys.

Extremely rude and bad customer service from HD staff! They act like you're bothering them when you need help and the manager was the worst!!

I enjoy going to this store. The people are helpful and friendly. The store has what I want or helps me find in it another branch.

You should revise your survey to include the self checkout process. My responses about the “checkout cashier” is misleading because there is no option to select self checkout which infers that all the responses regarding “your cashier” are negative experiences.

Professional and kind and really helpful!

We went in to get help remodeling our kitchen. Patti was amazing and made the experience fun and easy. She knew her stuff and was a great communicator.

Shane was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped with finding a specific screw that I was not able to find on my own. He gave me multiple options and the screw worked out perfectly

Employees are more interested in hanging out talking about their personal lives than helping actual customers.

I went there today. I was guided and help. I did not waste my time and I was treated with all respect and signs of me been important. I felt that my needs were met and left feeling good. I got what I wanted.

We had identified an item to purchase and had it pulled up in the app to show item number and number of items showing in the store. Jim, Semone, Ryan and Laura were all very rude and showed no interest in assisting us. Thankfully, Tony stepped in to ensure the product was found and we were able to purchase. It took our 5th person to ask for help to finally receive assistance. We shop in this store often and are disappointed that we will need to find a new location.

We got an Avanti under counter refrigerator. Cindy and Julian were beyond helpful and went above and beyond to help us accomplish the goal we needed for my mother’s kitchenette. We are so grateful to them.

Patti gave me concierge service!!! Wonderful Took me to the areas section for items I was looking for and answered my questions. An asset to the store. Will definitely return! I have never had such wonderful service in any store. Usually I am looking for a person to help me and have to wait. Alice

The empoyees are always super helpful here specially me being a girl i dont know where much of the stuff is and they always stay with me till i find what im looking for. Definitely great customer service.

Michael and Montana are the best employees in this store. They are always the most helpful, the most knowledgeable and the friendliest. The orange shirts are the best! Seems like I can never find anyone who works in a department but I can always find an orange shirt.

I make 80% of my purchase in this location and i have nothing but a good experiences on every single ones !!

The staff in this store is always willing to assist, with a warm "hello" and a legitimate "can I help you find what you are looking for?" They are wonderful!!

Paul and Olivia were extremely helpful in helping us pick out a Ryobi hedge trimmer. Paul explained the different models to us and told us extra batteries were on sale at the front of the store and helped us find them. Very happy with the experience.

Generally a good experience. The store wasn't cluttered and what I wanted was in stock. I was greeted by 3 of the 4 employees that I saw. I was there to get a couple of bags of concrete and some cactus soil. Neither of those areas had an associate around but I had no problem loading my own cart even in a fabulous outfit and heels! Manager Cynthia R, took a few minutes and engaged with me. Delightful woman. Cashier Lori was perfectly friendly and pleasant. I don't really shop anywhere else for personal or business so I'm fairly biased towards The Home Depot. Store 0489 has typically been a good store to shop at for me over thre past 6 years.

Lori checked us out and she was very personable and helpful

I shop here more than the Home Depot closest to me house. Friendly staff busy at some times but over all great staff and always almost have what I need. Haha

Evan Burkam is a great person to talk to if you need and help especially with plumbing. He is very knowledgeable about his department, friendly and helpful. Helps makes this my favorite store.

I needed help deciding what to buy for the use of an employee, and the customer service reps Garret and Axel were GREAT. My employee is thrilled with his new grinder.

Jason was very respectful, knowledgeable and professional. He assisted us in finding many items and was very informative! It’s not everyday you get customer service from someone who is not only polite but obviously takes pride in his work! Thank you Jason!

I can't remember going in to a Home Depot and not having to walk the store before finding an employee for assistance. This is NOT the case in this store! I was asked multiple times if I needed help! YAY!!! Cindy, the store manager is beyond words honestly!!! She helped with a tile and grout rental item that had a bit of a mishap occur. She is definitely an above and beyond manager.I can't remember the last time i received such incredible customer service. ALL the employees that helped in the tool rental department were also outstanding! Much thanks to Tempe location! P.S I have 2 other locations closer to me and will now go out of my to revisit this store. Sincerely Gail Ryndak

I really appreciate the helpfulness and friendliness of the employees at this Home Depot. It's usually easy to find an employee when needed, and they help with a positive attitude. Keep up the good work
