Madison and her Manager are two great individuals who assisted my Family and I with items showing in stock online, but nothing on the shelves as we arrived. We got upgraded to a better product for the price of the online item. We sincerely thank you both.

Had a great interaction today with Cindy while checking out today. Bought a rigid wet dry vac that rang up for the wrong price and she was super helpful! Would totally recommend. Maybe it's just me but it seems like customer service disappeared during the pandemic, so I'm super glad to see that home Depot is focused on customer service!

Olivia was my cashier and she was awesome! In a world where people are snobby and hate their jobs, she was sweet and kind. Very refreshing.

I bought some items today at an amazing price and LUCKY and employee there was so helpful. Guadalupe even helped us to our car.

I am giving this Home Depot a 5 star, not just because of the store, but an employee in particular. Linda in the Gardening department is truly a gem. I stated that is it better because I had the best experience with Linda, who helped me with what I was looking for and checked me out in less than average time. She is extremely amazing, and I loved that she went the extra mile to assist me.

I SHOP AT THIS STORE WEEKLY FOR HOME IMPROVEMENT NEEDS AND LANDSCAPE MATERIALS. EMPLOYEES ARE HELPFUL AND GREAT AT CHECKOUT.

Armani went above and beyond my needs to make sure I was taken care of completely. Im a disabled veteran so I cant use heavy machinery and I needed something cut. He was busy and promptly finished, led me to the area, got everything done, quick and correct. Really personable and professional. Hes someone you should be looking into when considering promotions or raises, definitely a keeper!

I enjoy coming to this location because of the amazing customer service that I get from just about every department. For example Paul in all departments but specifically in electrical. Michael in the Returns department. Edger in the paint department. There are a few other guys but there names escapes me. This Home Depot team truly goes above-and-beyond in excellent Customer service just about ever time I have came to the store.

This HomeDepot crushes the competing home improvement stores for the awesome staff, clean and organized store, and again… the stand-out staff!!

I was looking for a power cord to the disposal I was buying. A couple other guys told me it came with it but I knew it didn’t. Tony knew where to look and what I was talking about. Good on him.

I was looking at paint in the paint department and have been having issues finding the right color. Gregory was very kind to offer help and give suggestions. Dom was also working and was helpful in his advice and experience. I wanted to add that there was a woman who completely lashed out at Dom and it was very uncalled for. She came in with an attitude and seemed ready to start trouble. She got mad that Dom didn’t write down the paint name, however, I believe she got paint off of a personal swatch and not a brand swatch. She was rude, mean and her attitude was uncalled for. Dom handled himself very professionally. Dom and Gregory really seem to like their jobs and enjoy working with each other. They seem like a great team and It makes my shopping experience better knowing that people like where they work. I hope this doesn’t hinder Dom’s kindness and enjoyment of the paint department. He was knowledgeable and professional and it would be a huge loss if he left because of the mistreatment from customers.

My wife and I went into Home Depot to look at plants and we found with help the exact plant that we were looking for.

I went in to buy fertilizer and there was plenty to pick from. The plants looked great and I ended up buying a salvia. While I was there, I remembered I needed glue. The associate who helped me was very friendly, polite and took me right to the spot I needed.

Thank you Shayla and Ryan for making our shopping experience wonderful. Our little lady was happy when we left the store after you guys were so sweet to her.

Friendly and helpful

Chip in lumber was absolutely amazing. He helped me to figure out what I needed, helped to find supplies (even hardware) , a cart, and even took the time to cut a few boards for me. I was very needy and he was kind, helpful and patient. Matt, the cashier, was kind and helpful as well. .
