We needed a large commercial shelving unit for crafting and art supplies. There was a large selection with displays which made it easy to discuss and choose the correct option for us. There were organization bins on the same isle which made it even faster. We were able to load it on fo a flat bed cart and check outvery easily and quickly. We also found a couple if items we needed and forgot about on display, such as dawn dish soap. Great experience!

This is one of the worst home depot in the valley. I had one self check out attendant actually jump back from me when I asked him a question. Don't know what the genious was thinking but it was very disrespectful. They lock the bathrooms and the employees that are incharge of specific areas dont know the areas they are in charge of. There are probably 3 people in the whole store that are any good.

I need the a copy of the receipt emailed to me

I have been shopping here for 13 years. Fred is the 1st employee who actually seen me struggling and stopped to ask me if I had any questions or needed help! He is the 1st employee that has ever done that for me in 13 years! Most of the time, I have to chase down, try to find an employee to help me and if I do find someone, they have never been as friendly or as knowledgably as Fred was. I will forever ask for Fred if I need help again! Train or hire more people like Fred! He goes above and beyond while providing excellent customer service!

This is not the usual store I shop at, however after my visit yesterday it may well become my new go to. Clean store, better selection of wood & super friendly sales associates.

I could not decide one what I needed to move when Raquel in flooring came up and helped, she told me how for convenience, quality, and reusablility I should consider totes. Now I have over 15 and I couldn't be happier, it's always great hearing good advice from such a kind employee

The store is friendly, welcoming with a comfortable ease in the employee's manner. Their competitor is close to my house but I don't mind driving further for a more comfortable shopping experience.

I have been trying for many weeks to get my credit card set up on my Pro account. For some reason, HOME DEPOT is not able to get it to work so it can be used when product is picked up at the store.

I am writing this to this review to strongly advise anyone considering Home Depot for a flooring installation project to look elsewhere. My experience has been nothing short of a disorganized and frustrating ordeal, costing me countless hours, unnecessary stress, and time off work. While the individual employees I interacted with generally polite, the systemic disorganization within their process is unacceptable. From the beginning, it was clear that Home Depot‘s internal systems are severely lacking. I spent a minimum of one hour on the phone with them on multiple occasions simply because they could not locate documents related to my project. This happened repeatedly, indicating a fundamental flaw in their recordkeeping and/or communication. The delivery process was a disaster. It was set up incorrectly, and rectifying this took an exorbitant amount of time due to the delivery company’s unresponsiveness, and limited operating hours. This immediately said a negative tone for the entire project. Because I chose to complete the installation in phases, the disorganization continued. When I called to purchase the second part of my flooring, they could not find my original quote. I had to personally email my quote to the customer service department and then wait for them to manually create a new one in their system, this added unnecessary delays and effort on my part. However, a week passed and no quote was created. I had to go in the store myself and spent three hours in the store waiting while they created my new quote. The delivery of the flooring itself was another source of significant frustration. I was initially given an incredibly broad 6 AM to 8 PM delivery window. Understanding that this was impossible for someone who works, I requested a smaller timeframe. I was given two options: 6 to 10 AM or 10 to 2 PM. I chose the earlier window. While the delivery did arrive within that timeframe at 7 AM, the delivery was incorrect. Calling Home Depot to resolve issues became a source of immense stress. Expect long hold times, frequent transfers to multiple departments, and the very real possibility of being disconnected. Every single time I called, they seem to have difficulty locating my order information. Adding insult to injury, I was once incorrectly informed that my order had been canceled. 30 minutes later, they called back to say it would be delivered in 15 minutes. 40 minutes after that called the delivery finally arrived, and the delivery personnel provided completely contradictory information regarding acclamation and delivery timelines compared to what I have been told by Home Depot staff on the phone. I was told the product did not need two days of acclamation, could have been left outside, and could have been delivered practically anytime. The inconsistency highlights of severe lack of communication and training within their organization. While I appreciate that the individual employees I spoke with generally nice, their individual efforts could not overcome the overwhelming disorganization of the entire process. The amount of extra work and time I had to invest – including hour long phone calls and taking time off work to accommodate their scheduling issues – was unacceptable. Based on my incredibly frustrating and disorganized experience, I would absolutely not recommend using Home Depot for a flooring installation project. Save yourself the stress, time, and potential headaches, and look for a more organized and reliable service provider.

This location has a few products that the own nearby does not stock. They also have tool rental which I have needed in the past.

Tom at the Pro desk went above and beyond to help me while I was out of the country pay for an order thru "text pay" so my crew could keep on schedule to finish a large single job.

Its wonderful to be able to have access to so much product under one roof. I must also give praise to the vigilant men and women that wear the covenanted Orange Aprons! With out the help of these fine folks, I would not be able to find most of the items I need. And there expertise are very much appreciated.
