I don't go very often to Home Depot as I don't fix too many things around the house, but the last 2 times I went there, I was helped out by incredible employees who really went out of their way without making it feel constrained in any way. When we moved into our new place 4 years ago, we were able to find through the store most of the things we needed, including doors, beds and mattresses!

The employees at this local store are the best. They always go out of their way to make sure I'm directed to the right area, answer any questions or get swiftly through check out.

Great working people

Waited more than an hour for an employee to return with a ladder/lift to retrieve item stored on top. Never came back. Other employees in the area continued to ignore me and suggest I just keep waiting while they stand and gossip with each other. No offer to help. No offer to find someone.

It would sure be great if they brought back the hot dog cart. I had a few extra dollars left and would have loved a quick snack. Does everyone agree???!!!

We shop here for all of our household needs. Fortunately, we usually find the products we seek and the service is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Got overcharged at register. Chaeged more than correct price listed on aisle. Had to get adjustment at customer service but no one did anything to prevent others from being overcharhed for the item. Aisle still has lower price than at register. Slighly illegal i would say!

Return policies; Home Depot has made it almost impossible as well as unfair To return items with their new policies regarding simple returns even when they’re in an unopened unused perfect condition items that they still sell it’s almost impossible to return something even if it’s simply for store credit which will be used again at their store.

Every time I visit this T.O. Home Depot I learn things because everyone is excited to help and educate you on their specialty!

Sandra in the nursery was beyond rude.

Matt in the Electrical department is outstanding. He is friendly and has really amazing knowledge in his area.

By experience I have learned this place gives me theost satisfying experience aost every time I shop from Thousand oaks Home Depot! Believe me I have visited at least other 7 to 8 other Home Depot in southern California and couple of them in Reno Nevada.

My trip to Home Depot was incredible. I have major back issue and have to shop quickly. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Especially Tom and the lot department, who helped me with my items to my car, and lifted and put everything in. You’ve got a great employee there!

They are respectful and know exactly what their doing.

Home Depot offers a tremendous amount of product choices and selection. The store is laid out in a "user friendly" manner which makes finding what you are looking for easy and time saving. From lighting to painting to landscaping.. Home Depot has it all. Two thumbs up

Striving hard to be the business leader

Everything I have ever purchased at my Home Depot has been high quality and just what I wanted, at a competitive price.

We bought and made a kitchen island and cabinets to fit our youth room. The employees helped use piece together exactly what we needed in a stylish and convenient way!

I thought that all Home Depot stores still require patrons to wear masks. Apparently, Home Depot thinks the pandemic has ended, as they no longer require masks to be worn in store. As someone that takes COVID seriously and does not want to get sick, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I love this Home depot because out of all of them they really have the best customer service. In the valley especially off victory they are so rude. Here they are helpful and just amazing

I went to return my AC unit and Paige helps me do the return but she was really nice and caring

we bought a Frigidaire double oven and 82 Sq feet of Cambria counter top which will be installed in a few weeks

Best customer service in Thousand Oaks store I can truly say that Cecelia Sanchez and Irene Miranda care about the customer they truly have the best customer service and care about the customer that’s one of the most important things when it comes to retail thanks again Cecelia Sanchez and Irene Miranda I will continue coming back to the store because of them. :)

This was the best experience we had shopping at any home depot in a very long time. The staff were super helpful and very good attitudes and good natured.
