Everything I have ever purchased at my Home Depot has been high quality and just what I wanted, at a competitive price.

We bought and made a kitchen island and cabinets to fit our youth room. The employees helped use piece together exactly what we needed in a stylish and convenient way!

I thought that all Home Depot stores still require patrons to wear masks. Apparently, Home Depot thinks the pandemic has ended, as they no longer require masks to be worn in store. As someone that takes COVID seriously and does not want to get sick, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I love this Home depot because out of all of them they really have the best customer service. In the valley especially off victory they are so rude. Here they are helpful and just amazing

I went to return my AC unit and Paige helps me do the return but she was really nice and caring

Best customer service in Thousand Oaks store I can truly say that Cecelia Sanchez and Irene Miranda care about the customer they truly have the best customer service and care about the customer that’s one of the most important things when it comes to retail thanks again Cecelia Sanchez and Irene Miranda I will continue coming back to the store because of them. :)

This was the best experience we had shopping at any home depot in a very long time. The staff were super helpful and very good attitudes and good natured.

The installation foam I purchased for my project was reasonably priced for the size and quantity I needed.

This store is always stocked with items I am looking for.

Chris made my visit so easy and exceptional, a "lemon" tool was taken back and swapped for a new one and I was on my way!! I'm 60 and have shopped a lot, and today was one of those best shopping days ever experiences.

My experience going to Home depot was extremely satisfactory. All employees were extremely friendly, had the knowledge where to guide me.

Store is very large, well organized, staff is always helpful and friendly. Large variety of products from household cleaners, to lighting, to plumbing, to tools, to paints, etc. Very nice garden center, large variety of plants and soils. Nice place to shop.

This store always has fresh things and the people always help and give advice when I ask them. I had our kitchen remodeled with a wonderful crew and lately I have been doing home improvements with our front and back yards.

We cannot say enough good things about this store. We only ever have good experiences here. Josh took time to help us make sure our home improvement project would be a success by giving us real examples of what not to do, and showing us small inexpensive ways of improving the odds of our project turning out to be a success that will withstand the test of time and inclement weather. The cashier Chris was patient with us on our last visit when we were in "self check out" and needed help. He was proactive and patient with us. Two thumbs up, five stars, and bravo!

Garden center is great! Guys that work in there work hard to load heavy items for customers and do it with a great attitude!

Believe it or not this place is romantic to me. It’s one of the first places I went with my boyfriend when we first met and now we are there all the time - we moved in together and we are home improvement junkies.

Tina in the Garden Center was amazing. She noticed I was loading a bunch of rock bags and mentioned that I could save if I put it all back and take all the broken bags that were all packed up nicely that she had been working on all morning. She even helped me unload the entire cart, loaded two full carts (she went and got another one) and walked them out with me and waited for me to grab my vehicle. She then proceeded to support me loading my vehicle with all the rock bags. Tina Rocks!! Literally.

Unlike the other Home Depot stores in the LA area, this store has employees that offer help, are available and actually know where products are located. Several times I had employees here ask if I needed help and I noticed sufficient number of employees in the aisles in case I had a question. And the checkout was quick.

THIS IS A VERY CUSTOMER-ORIENTED STORE. THEIR SALES FORCE IS FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WILL TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW TO COMPLETE A JOB PROPERLY AND ALSO OFFER ALTERNATIVE SUGGESTIONS WHICH MIGHT MAKE THE UNDERTAKING EASIER. GREAT EXPERIENCE SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION.

I have been assisted by some of the best employees I have ever interacted with among many hardware stores. Friendly, knowledgeable and caring.

There is much to be said about how a customer feels when he is shopping for specialized products and finds the people that work there know exactly what the product is, where it is, how it is used and what to do if this particular product doesn't work as intended, (to return the item(s), and acquire what is right. I would highly recommend going to Home Depot for our outdoor and indoor supplies of all kinds because the people who work there, care. They are concerned that you got what you came for and go out of their way to make you smile when you leave, knowing that you are satisfied with both the customer service and the items.

This is the best Home Depot in the area without a doubt I do a lot of shopping in lumber department, the store gets very busy sometimes but them guys keep that place clean and stocked and almost every time I come in there someone asked if I need help with anything this particular trip I needed some plywood cut, and an employee named Jason approached me to ask me before I can even ask him if I needed some help cut the plywood for me I tried to tip him and he would not accept but he didn't think me and my wife for shopping at that Home Depot and he's looking forward to seeing us again it's only Home Depot I shop at now
