John Garst is an excellent store manager who provides excellent customer service! I usually don't leave reviews, but it's that I do. He's always given his undivided attention for years.

Great shopping experience from start to finish!

I had several complex returns and large pick up and needed some other items. I was dreading this trip all week, however the sweet young lady working the customer service desk was understanding, courteous, and efficient. The store was stocked well. And at the very end, I got a staff member to check me out even after the register light went off right before I got to the staffed register. This type of retail experience is a rarity and it will keep me coming back.

Every employee I encountered on this visit were friendly and very helpful locating the items I was looking for in the store. In appliances several employees spent time explaining the various options and what were my specific needs. I will be back for any future needs and I recommend this store in particular. It will be a very positive experience as it was for me.

However, I would like to see more. I’m a women homeowner. I would like to do it myself or learn. Instead, I normally find myself asking for help and using apps or contractors who find it necessary to jack up pricing, not complete the job as expected or not showing up for the job. Just as I stated before, please get creative.

My wife and I are incredibly grateful for how much help we received on two different visits (in one day) regarding a bathroom vanity. Tom (from plumbing) was absolutely amazing, and he helped us so much - answered questions, offered suggestions, problem-solved and worked through problems/issues that we had. I'm so glad this is our local Home Depot; we will certainly return, and ask for Tom to help us!

The sales associates and cashiers were friendly. Mike was very helpful selecting the correct shelving. I would shop at this location again.

I have used this store since it opened. I have always had good customer service experience. On some occasions I have found an empty shelf for the item I need, but not very often. The store associates are always friendly and helpful as they can be. I am happy to have them close by to get tools and parts when needed.

We had great help from two of the female staff on two trips to get shingles. Home Depot had a variety of shingles in stock for our selection

Positive experience with someone in each area. Jen in Returns was lovely. Kaitlyn in Seasonal products was helpful. The woman who does the garden department merchandising was extremely patient and kind. She also helped me come up with a lovely and creative solution.

On my recent visit I purchased a new $200 Christmas Tree. The 2 service desk employees, John Brown (a manager) and Cynthia (Cashier) went over and above in giving me the most helpful and courteous service!!

The associates are knowledgeable, polite and willing to take the customer to the product being sought. Assistance is gladly given to get oversized purchases to a vehicle. The store is clean and aisles wide enough to social distance.

Helpful staff, tool rental is great staff there is great. Lumbar area lady was great everytime I was there to get the wood cut of a specific dimension. Every time it was perfect. My place to go to for home improvement, garden and patio.

Worst experience for the Christmas tree shopping!

Marc Hecht helped me find the right clothes washer when mine gave up the ghost. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Thanks Home Depot & Marc!

The plumbing department knocks it out of the ballpark when it comes to customer service and checkout does the same!!!

This store's employees go out of their way to help in anyway possible. The garden center has a beautiful selection of evergreens and perennials all well taken care of!
