It was very helpful do you have Managers visible on the floor, especially the general manager.

This location is very clean, well organized, well-stocked and all of the employees are both helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire store. Clearly this location is well-managed.

I normally rely on Home Depot for dependable service, but this time was very disappointing. I ordered an item and was specifically told I would be notified when it arrived. After hearing nothing for days, I called the store only to learn the item had already been there for two days. The explanation—that they were “probably waiting until the weekend” to let me know—was unacceptable. When customers are depending on an item, timely communication matters. This experience makes me question the consistency of the store’s customer service.

I always come to this Store!!! Everyone is over the top and are so engaging and extremely helpful. My encounter with Samiul Karium was one I will never forget. This gentleman went above and beyond to get what I needed. He found the Refrigerator that I needed. He was so through and always had a smile!!! He was so engaging and the other employees working with him were equally friendly and so engaging also. What a fabulous team work they were. Samiul -to reinforce how detailed he was from start to finish-and the women at the checkout where we went were also so engaging and were so friendly-and of course they also love Samiul- He is an exceptional person and loves the Timonium Home Depot-The store manager was also so friendly and was glowing when I told him about Saniul!! Great teamwork there11

I have been remodeling a house in Timonium and have spent several thousand dollars at the Timonium store. The team there are incredibly helpful, infinitely knowledgeable in the trades, and very friendly. From Bruce and Lynn in the kitchen design team, to Steve in hardware, to the team in customer service, this store is filled with helpful staff. Really great experience whenever I visit the store for supplies.

On my recent trip to Home Depot I was very pleased with the woman at Customer Service who handled my needs and gave very helpful advice to make my trip easier. Also, a sales person helped me to order a toilet seat that was not in stock and made it easy to do so and have it shipped to my home address.

I purchased a new GE washer and dryer on line 7/2/25. Delivery for 7/5 never happened. Delivered both pieces 7/8. Washer was left by delivery company knowing it leaked. Dryer worked 3 weeks. Now waiting 2 weeks for repair. . Spoke to home depot customer service and received no satisfaction.

We purchased a washer/dryer and Bill was so helpful. He researched the machine, questioned our needs, and explained several details we might have missed. All this was important because the model was not on display. Hoping delivery and installation are as positive an experience. 4stars because the item was not on display in this location

I love the Home Depot in cockeysville. I moved to Maryland a little over a year ago and the house I bought needed a lot of work. Every trip to Home Depot I've been met with kind, patient, friendly and knowledgeable folks From the paint department, plumbing, hardware and lawn and garden store is well stocked and products are very easy to find. If you can't find what you're looking for usually someone walks by and asks if they can help. That doesn't happen and you stop the first thing they say is how can I help you? Store

I walked in the store wondering. Walked out the store satisfied.

We got items (late) from Home Depot delivered to our home. We didn't need them anymore. We returned them. The sales crew was helpful and took care of us.

As a retired professional Horticulturist, I always notice what plants you have on hand, and am astonished at how much material you have decomposing on site. Too many annuals, too many tropicals in july, which most people buy earlier in the season. Too much that is not watered sufficiently. Very wasteful. Also, selling dyed mulch, an inferior, horrible product, no more then green chipped wood dyed with petro-chemical dyed. Not environmentally acceptable. Too many interior plants stashed in the store in the dark under shelves, to rot. In short, your buyers are stocking stores with too much perishable product, and should 'read the room' and visit stores.

The employees at the Timonium store are always helpful they are always cordial and friendly. They even go out of the way to help you find items. You can expect people to approach you when you go in whether you need help or not they just want to make sure that you're being taken care of.

I came to Home Depot looking for a specific product. The employee at the entrance seemed a bit confused. I wandered about the store and eventually found an " employee group meeting" near the entrance to the Kitchen-plumbing department...in mid store. STILL no employee offered to help me....but when I asked a question of one of the employees....that employees stepped away from the "group meeting" and directed me in the general direction of the item I wanted...and eventually I found what I came in the store to buy. I bought the item and left the store.

Customer service went above and beyond to help me with my return and find the product that I needed.

Sales rep was very knowledgeable. The process of ordering blinds was quick and easy. Thank you Cam!

This store routinely seems to be well stocked, employees helpful and courteous. And at least for the items I need they are usually in stock. I will be back.

I bought product and the product was not in its original packaging the packaging which was original was torn and crushed no bagging was provided to keep the order intact. What a mess. Customer service did not make me feel welcome but more of a burden for them. I do not recommend shopping at Home Depot.

I went in to get some screws to complete current task and found a stuff needed to knock out a couple more tasks off the list
